I’ve been going over a lot of your older videos, and have to say thank you again. You are such a inspiration. I do and teach mixed media also so I know how much though and time you have put into your videos. I really love how you make the art accessible to everyone no matter what mediums they may or may not have. You are so appreciated. Hugs from Australia 🇦🇺💕💖🏝
I agree! Sometimes I'll even play a past video over again becuz I like to have ur "chats" in the background while crafting, as u give me a lot of inspiration!🎨✂️🗝🦋
You are an absolutely amazing, creative woman! I always enjoy your wonderful tutorials! We have 11 grandchildren! 🙂 Our grandsons Jaiden loves to watch your tutorials too! Together we say "I love it" Just as you do! I can't believe how much Emily has grown and love to see her create! The baby too has grown it seems so fast! 🙂💖🙋♀️
Hello, hello :) I hope you will enjoy my new video. 💜💙❤️🧡💚 Working with which medium is your favourite ? 🖌️🖍️✏️✂️ ps. Feel free to check my shop for stencils and stickers 🛒: maremismallart.com/collections/maremi-stencils
I’m soo glad you did this comparison because it has convinced me that I don’t actually need to go out and buy more products but just try all the ones I already have. I can still get great results with watercolours, crayons and acrylics. I love all your butterfly canvases! 💕
I love every one. I could not pick a favorite. You showed us you can use color from anything and make it beautiful. I only wish I had your talent and confidence. So enjoyable to watch. Thank you.
They were all gorgeous. Such little amount of work to get awesome cards. I was so glad to see you do the drip technique with all of the mediums. Most people i watch always use acrylic inks and I thought those were probably my favorite. Until I see how easy it is to do all sorts of mediums. Thank you so much for a great tutorial. One thing I wanted to say about the alcohol inks is they will react to alcohol better than water.
I went into my library and rewatched this. Since my first watch, I have purchased some woody pencils. I LOVE them. Recently I used them on top of Arteza gouache. Then I ran a baby wipe over them. Stunning ❣️
This is a wonderful video Marta! Each card turned out beautiful - I don’t have a favourite. I was surprised at how easy each medium was to use or at least easy for you. This tells me that I can get similar effects without having all the things - except your stencils. Everyone needs ALL of your stencils. 🤗 💕 😊 ❤️
Beautiful! I loved how the alcohol inks came so bold yet looked transparent. Each canvas is lovely. Like squares in an amazing quilt! 🎨🌟😀. Thank you for sharing your talents, knowledge and experience with us.
What fun to watch this process ! This type video definitely helps us to feel the freedom to explore. And who would have thought of correction fluid for the flicks/splashes.....super COOL! TFS ❤️
Hi. They are all beautiful. My two favourite is the green and black. It’s amazing all mediums look great to me. Love the simplicity and butterflies are gorgeous. 😀💜🙏
These are all so beautiful and charming. They all have a voice of their own. The artology was my favorite from the beginning. I guess I like the way the colors reacted against that gorgeous stencil. Thanks for sharing.
Ooooooo I love love love this video! I want to try working more with water colors! It’s so cool that you used correction fluid for your splashing! Great idea! Stunning, Marta! 💕💕💕
I really enjoyed this video! I love using these same techniques and have a pack of little canvases that have been calling to me! You've inspired me to get started!
Yes! Just what I needed 💜 I generally love my watercolours and sprays too, though I don't have many sprays. Most of my mediums are some way like watercolour 😊 I always get stuck when it comes to colouring! But I just looove watching the colour drip through the stencil texture 😍 my favourite, I think 100% green one for colour, but absolutely love the way the colour went with the orange, so delicate 💜 they are all stunning little beauties 💜🥰
Hello Martha, Thank you so much for sharing!!!! Just what I needed to learn how to use all the different pastes etc. etc. Wish me luck in trying my hand at it. Blessings
Love this! I believe I heard a bit of an Irish brogue sneaking out during this video - it’s adorable blended with your accent. Just adore listening to you and watching you work. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and talents with us. 😁
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo BEAUTIFUL- I love to watch & hear you create & i think i need a pack of every sticker word book you have now---they are AWESOME
These are so amazing Marta! I really love all of them but I love the yellow, blue and orange best. I think that’s because of the stencil pattern. So inspiring and lovely 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love all of these beautiful canvases. I thoroughly enjoyed watching and listening to you tonight... Thanks for sharing all these wonderful techniques...
These are so beautiful!🤩 Every one of them. Such an inspirational video. I was making tags yesterday, following your "22 mixed media tags" video. Today I might just try some different media -and add butterflies! Thankyou! ❤
They are all absolutely gorgeous! It's amazing how they turned out. I couldn't choose just 1 if I tried. I've used acrylics and watercolor but none of the others. They are all gorgeous and should be hung together in a nice wall arrangement.
Hello😁 I ❤ this video. just a little tip that I use so I don't need to leave my craft area right away for when I use texture paste or paint on a stencil i have a deep baking tray that I put water and soap in. So when I finish with that stencil I place it in there so it gets a quick wash, then once I am finished for the day I go to the sink and wash them properly.
Love love love all of them. But I do love the corally one and the yellow with the alcohol ink. I never would have thought to try to use them like this. I will have to try it. These are so great.
I really enjoyed trying out the different mediums with you. I liked the watercolor effect but my favorite is the yellow one. All are stunningly beautiful! Love your tutorials. You are so fun to watch. TFS!
Love, love, love this video! I think it's so valuable to see each of the mediums up beside each other. I've been watching CeeCee and she touch ed the alcohol inks with just a little alcohol on a brush and I've seen one other using a pipette with alcohol...
The alcohol ink was the biggest surprise for me. Love the colors. What a great experiment! I'm inspired to do more texture through stencils after watching this. Thanks!
Love them all of course 😀. The alcohol ink reaction was interesting to see. My eye is really drawn to that one. Not sure of a favorite. I like each one for a different reason.
Oh I just love this tutorial! I learned so much and I love all the stencils and butterflies! The colors of the painting techniques were amazing! Thank you!
Honestly, I love love love them ALL! What a great exercise, especially for someone like me who has trouble with coloring texture! I think I will try a similar practice session with some minis! All of your stencils are unique, but my favorite one is the bricks....which I do have! Thank you for the inspiration Marta 🎨
I just recently discovered you and love, love, love you, sweetie 💖 I'm in my 60's,crafted all my life but stopped crafting a few years ago,but you inspired me to go again! Thank you😊
I loved this video! I have and use many of the mediums you used. I will give it a try. My favorite one would be the ARTOLOGY. Love that stencil and the soft colors! Thank you!
Thank you for this great comparison video. It was really good to see how all the different mediums had a very similar result, they all look amazing! 💜💜
Hi, Marta 🦋 Wow wow wow ❣️ Love them all, love the stencils ( so happy that I got them myself)Love the colors and love love love butterflies,🦋because they remind me of beauty and freedom. I love them all, but my favorites are Paint away, Stay creative, Find your inner artist and of cause last but not least, Silent moment ❤️TFS, Love and big hugs from your crafty friend from Denmark 🎨🇩🇰
This was a great tutorial Marta, very informative. Great watching how the different mediums work. I thought the watercolour and the spray were probably the easiest but I was intrigued with all the “crayons”... I have Tim Holtz distress crayons and have never thought of using them this way before. I’m not normally a green or orange girl but they were my favourites just the way the colours blended. And may I say your stencils are all fabulous...great seeing them used like this, I might just have to make a wee purchase 💕
love it! I am using collage and water color as an underpainting for my encaustic painting. You should try paining over your work with encaustic wax painting!
These are all beautiful, Marta!! It is wonderful to see you doing art again....sharing your magic with us. It is good to know that alcohol inks can be used for coloring on paper. I will have to glue several layers of my heavy paper together to make a board. Or maybe I can use some of my canvas panels.?? Can gelatos somehow be used for coloring? Just wondering since I do not have oil pastels but I do have gelatos. I do have some stencils. Yay! I had to chuckle when you mistakenly said yellow instead of pink and you said " Where is your head, Marta?" It is good to have a small laugh since I am in the throes of a bad bipolar depression. I always love watching you do art. Thanks for bringing some of that back!
They are just beautiful. My favorite color is the pink/purple and blue; my favorite stencil is the first one and perspective one. I love to see your creative process. What are oil pastels and chip board? Great job.😎🌹🦋🤗
