2024 Ram Rebel 1500. 7,800 miles. Check engine light on. Randomly turns off while stopped or driving. Rattling from the dashboard, noise coming from the front driver wheel. The trucks been at the dealer. 5 days first time and now it's back going on 15 days.

2022 genesis g90. I have leased car for a little over a year. Car stalled with less than 18k miles. They have had my vehicle for over a month and have not even given me a loaner

Depending on your state, you could have a great lemon law case. I would recommend getting a free consultation with a local attorney ASAP to find out more about your rights. And sorry to hear what's going on. Stalling can definitely be scary. You're basically a sitting duck in traffic.

I bought a used car in Arkansas on Facebook marketplace . The seller lied to me and said he was 19, he is 17. his parents are on the title . I have had the truck 72 hours . It’s a 2005 6.0 Powerstroke bulletproofed and studded . I checked my coolant today after 2 days of having it cause I smelled diesel ; the coolant reservoir is full of diesel pretty much meaning the cylinder head is cracked . I paid $8200 cashiers check for this . the repairs will be over that amount. The truck will catch on fire if driven much , I’m unsure how i even made it home .

2023 Mercedes c300. Keep getting a check engine light but as soon as I make it to the dealer it disappears. All I have to prove this are photos.

We leased a 2022 ford f150 on February 28th 2023. The vehicle has 45 miles. When we singed papers we went to activate my ford app,my sync and the display on the truck did not turn on. They kept my vehicle and i have been waiting for the part for over 3 months. The dealership has given me a rental but we still don’t have our truck that we originally leased.

What if the dealer doesn’t provide you with repair papers

I know right now lots of dealers have their systems down. We are seeing lots of handwritten repair orders. All you can do is ask that they give you something in writing.

Awesome. It’s always nice to hear when the manufacturer does their job. Just know you may have some extra rights if they took too long to make you the offer or the offer is less than what you are truly owed under the law.

2023 Nissan titan pro4x. In shop for 16 days total. Had it towed twice to dealership for overheating and now they say it's being handed over to engineering. I'm in Florida.
