Hi .. My son was born in the UK in 2007, went back in 2008 and re-entered the UK in 2015 June on ICT .. stayed till 2019 Aug 15, went back for applying VISA granted leave to enter on 11th Sep, re-entered in the UK 23 Sep 2019.. In this case would my son qualify for 7 yr route in June 2022?

I need some information regarding this child topic. My spouse is a BR citizen and we had a baby boy last year, born in England. Now she is intending to apply for me. Hello There, I am not very clear on your question, but if you are askign how to evidence you have a British child together then you can show your child's British birth certificate. If you do not have evidence of being at the same place nine months before the baby was born then you may want to consider a DNA Test report also.
