Hi I wil you but also wanna know if I can over this refusal I was refused n give a ban and also say I can reply if I want it anytime I was refuse because I fail to show a caution of car accident I had after I send in application.i send in my application for citizenship before I got a reference number from home office I had a caution I never knew I should them n tell them after 4month that say I fail to declare that caution but it was after I have already send my application

Hi there I was applying British Naturalisation application in 11th of April 2022 and biometric was done 6th of May 2022.Still I’m waiting for decision.The mention that I got email from Home office was 5th of October 2022.They gonna told me as soon as possible make a decision.But still I’m waiting.So,what should I do.Could you let me know please. Hi I just applied for my naturalisation in September home office has contacted asking for more information because I have an IVA and an NHS maternity debt. I didn’t know about the NHS debt and I learnt later that I was issued a CCJ this happened in 2017. But 2019 I was given indefinite leave and I have been paying my debt through IVA. I have provided home office with the IVA agreement and confirmation. Would they reject my application?

I have been living legally in the UK since 2003, my ILR was granted on 2004 following my marriage. I’m now divorced but have dedicated completely to motherhood (my daughter was born here and is British), I’m Mexican and have no issues with the good character other than been unemployed and on benefit… would this alone be a refusal?
