In the Wolof language it is: “Bëss bu dellusi moo neex, Bëss bu dellusi mo neex…” In the past, we used to sing it in French, but over these past few years we have adopted the Wolof version. In Senegal it is not uncommon to see a birthday party where the song is sung in Wolof, French, and English.
