This Gangsta Low Impact Video gets to the point immediately by giving you a heart-pumping total body workout in less than six minutes. It is very easy on the knees and allows you to go as quickly as you like in addition to squatting at a level that’s comfortable for you. Ten moves will turn up the metabolism dial while burning fat, and will help you to improve your overall fitness. The ten moves are:
1. Knee taps
2. Side to side with wide hand claps
3. Side reaches with a tap (working the obligues)
4. Half a sumo squat with overhead reaches
5. Low side to side steps (tap ‘d’ taps)
6. Elbow to knee
7. Jabs with hamstring kicks
8. Squat pulses
9. Hook to knee taps
10. Elbow to knee; toes to fingers
