ELD/FMCSA forced the good truck stop diners out. We used to be able to stop, relax ,eat and get back at it without worrying about mealtime cutting into a 14 hour clock. So now it's hurry hurry, eat some fast food junk while driving. I do feel much safer, FMCSA thank you!

Who knew that Montana was the place to go for friendly drivers and fast crane rentals. Shout-out to your coordinator for getting you a load out of there. 👍

I was working on my jeep one day and lost my wedding ring. Bought a new one shortly after. A year later someone backed into the front of my jeep damaging the license plate holder and the ring was on the ground. Crazy. The ring somehow ended up behind the license plate and stayed there for a year.

The view when you have the camera mounted behind you would be better if you moved it to the right just a little bit. The radio and stuff hanging blocks the straight ahead view. Other than that, it is great. Nice to see you shift and be able to see down the road. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving Day meal. Thanks for bringing us along

You,sir have a nice looking truck and great sounding truck too . The Cat engine looks good and clean too. I am glad you checked your oil again after finding the cap not in place after the oil change. I am also glad you checked your frame bolts and tighten them all. I know how that is because I drove a company truck with a broken frame on both sides and it took me refusing to drive the truck in order for them to get it fixed correctly. It had to be double framed from the back of the cab all the way past the tandem axles in order to fix it correctly.

Bailey seems to truly want to be Assistant Driver and Spotter. Very engaged. Intelligence!

Dan uses words like putzing and scruffy. He's one of us, he's one of us.😂 Coming home from Wi through Oh back to Pa on Tuesday the weather was rough at times. Traffic wasn't so bad considering it was only 2 days before Thanksgiving. Happy pre-Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving and post Thanksgiving. Phantastic on your loads out of Montana back to Mercer. Hopefully you may have some new road footage on those recent trips with the new camera angle. Great you're definitely getting the mileage in. Looking forward to you getting back on the road after Thanksgiving. You deserve the break. Being a former jet engine we mechanic we couldn't leave items unaccounted for when they got lost. Either found it or you started taking things apart. Fortunately you found your oil cap and it didn't cause any damage or fell out.

I told you when you lost that cap to look down there when you lost it. I saw it fall and land there. I tried telling you but you just kept looking at me like i was crazy. Then i even tried to tell you when we were 452 miles down the road that i could still see it under there, and you still kept looking at me like i was crazy. Next time i try telling you something, you should listen to me since nobody else does. JUST KIDDING. Hope you had a fantastic Turkey Day Dan.

O-H-I-O Porters shout Happy New Year 2024🇺🇸 How does the spread axle trailer work out for you? I’ve pulled them & just didn’t like them at all for city driving. I guess it may take getting used to. I never did. My brother hauled styrofoam into the Cincinnati, OH area for years. Did they notice your oil cap missing & replaced it or did you already do that? It’s nice when a service guy will do what’s right when servicing your truck & pay attention to the details. Do you have shutoff valves to each tank? It’s always good to have an extra fuel tank & I’m glad you have 2 extra ones, even though 1 is mainly for the DPU. Good thinking on that one. The things we learn over the road. Thanks for sharing. Can you comment again on the "sharp turn" whistle? I thought it was something automatic but now we can see you flipping it on and off on the dashboard as you turn.
