This video features an 11-second Toyota Aristo V300 (JZS161). It's got a Big Single Turbo and a ZF 8HP Gearbox and produces 700HP! I filmed this car at 2 editions of Hart voor Auto's where it participated at the drag race.

Fast Aristos are mind blowing things. First you look at it as a comfy sedan which was bought by a dentist in the early 2000's. Next thing you know it's giving a good run for RS Audis on the drag strips with Hoosiers.

@@vanhakunnonmasa2664 imports are a thing there were no USDM aristos only the Lexus GS line up was available for the US, the GS300 is like the Aristo S300 which was the Non turbo non performance oriented aristo with just the bare bone 2JZ-GE so all of these are imports unless youre talking about the GS line up or the GS300 specifically

It's not a BMW transmission. ZF makes the transmission. Just because you pulled a ZF 8HP from a BMW does not make it a "BMW transmission". The ZF 8HP is used in more than 25 different car brands spanning over 150 models. For example Dodge Ram uses ZF 8HP but will you say "my Dodge Ram has a BMW transmission!". No you do not.

@@electrikoptikThat's not 100% truth. ZF make specific variations of specific ZF model. So if two car shares the same model they hardly are the same, oil pressure, gearing and settings are always different so its fair to say a "bmw ZF".

@@electrikoptik Again.. Codes, models don't mean anything. Gearing and Setting are completely different. Toyota A series is a spectacular example of that.
