700R4 Transmission Arduino Speed & Vacuum Based Controller for Torque Converter Clutch TCC Lockup 

I designed this TCC controller after being disappointed by the performance of controlling the TCC with mechanical vacuum switches and a time-delay relay. The main problem was engine lugging at lower speeds. Good TCC control needs to be speed-based and acceleration-based (vacuum).
