they are in command of their ship they are the one in control its on them, good luck stopping probably couple thousand + tonne ship from going the way it wants to go with your bare hands lol
It is a 100% matter of IQ. ........These operators, so-called "captains", local government etc...don't have a rigid plan! (The boat with the open-side bulwarks, stops the momentum, the slight space between boat/gate raises the pressure.....and suddenly THE BOAT HAS NEGATIVE SPEED....😅😅😅). Nobody have re-designed the approaches and opened the parallel gates (to free out the extra stream strength)
