Great engine indeed (while leasing). Hate the environmental savings by putting 4 cylinder maxxed to the gills engines in "AMG’s" and 1.0 in golfs etc. Where are the times when manufacturers made engines so overbuilt you could double the hp and it just goes (2jz).

Well, I own a BMW F82 M4, stage2+ OTS map from MHD. Declared HP is 431hp from factory. Most people dyno 480hp crank and about 430 to the wheels. I have catless downpipes and most people dyno around 500 RWHP on 98 RON with my setup. MHD advertises 570hp and 850nm of torque as a maximum on 98 RON. I've tried E85 but it doesn't matter since I still can get wheelspin at 180+ kph even though I have UUHP tires. A custom map after a PureStage2turbo can yield 900 RWHP. Is it worth is regarding to reliability and driveability ? Probably not, since I'm not a racing var driver and 500 on the wheels is plenty for me.
Well first of all, this car has been out for many years and tuners have had a lot of time to polish their software and get the most out of a remap. And second and most importantly, 99% of tuners lie about hp numbers and thats why this 732hp e63 outperforms ones that claim almost 800 hp
I own an e63s wagon with similar power to this one (also pre-facelift) - love it so much 👌also got steel brakes on it and I agree - they could be better
People have recorded sub 3sec with the stock car, that it when u get the best launch. But it usually does 3.2-3.1 sec it’s a couple of tenths faster than claimed. To me this is the best E63 design (w213), followed by the W212 from 2013-2016. The newer ones lost their touch I mean the styling but I like the tech in the newer models.
This was an mid/upper class car, build to reach superiority in his segment. To show that bmw isn't the center of the world. And it did well. Nowadays? It does very well to. Even if compared to his post decessors. What a car. 😍

@@dimmacommunication Those engines hold well, if you care to maintnance them. Drive them warm to oil temperature, and it will hold very well. I know cause i have one. Every 60k miles or 100tkm an rod bearing service....lol each crap tfsi or tsi engine is dead with that mileage. And we talk about a high rev, high power natural aspirated engine. So your answer is garbage. Guess you should stay with your SAAB 2.3 (which is crap since that company isnt anymore, find the reason why)
I will never understand why Mercedes ruined this beautiful design in a facelift. This design was gorgeous and absolutely didn’t need a totally new design which I don’t like. They shouldn’t have used a full new body style, just make a little good facelift like bmw did with M5 and G30.
I had a conversation with a German pilot. We discussed the unlimited sections of the Autobahn. He said the drivers that do the high speed, had a lot of money. Honestly, I hadn't thought of that. That really makes sense. 🤣
I mean it depends how rich I am lol but ain’t no way I’m taking a e63 over a V12 in the f12 you can’t compare the two idk why he even put that in the title this e63 is faster then a bunch of cars lol now tune the f12 and see if it’s still faster 🤷🏽♂️

i prefer this interieur over the upcoming one from the new model... i think the E-Class interieur is simply outstanding, you feel cozy like you are in a livingroom... the interieur from the new E-Class lost all its charme, it now looks just like the EQE and all those electronic spaceship models...

@@marwan9835 it's a sleeper since this car looks like rather a luxury one than a race one, and it has the same body as every 2017 E Class. So you don't expect it to outperform you.

First of all, a V8 4.0-liter Biturbo engine producing 603hp by itself is luxury nowadays (especially when we see the new "C63"...). I consider the W213 E63s as a luxury car since it has a very distinguished look. It's a sedan that offers a lot of comfort and premium materials without looking like a sports car. If we compare the W213 E63s AMG to the C63s of the same generation, we can see that the E63s has a more understated and refined appearance, which is more typical of a luxury sedan. In contrast, the C63s has a more aggressive and sporty appearance, which is more typical of a high-performance vehicle. Moreover, compared to other vehicles in its class, the W213 E63s can be seen as a sleeper car because it does not have the aggressive styling or visual cues that are typically associated with high-performance vehicles. For example, the BMW M5 and Audi RS6 - especially the RS6 C8 - both have more aggressive and sporty styling cues that make it clear they are high-performance vehicles. @@rahyan. You are right the W213 e63 might not be as aggressive as its little brother. As for people with little knowledge about cars, they might not expect the performance of the e63 and s63/65, however that does not make them sleeper cars. They might be luxurious, but that does not discredit their tremendous performance. As you said the e63s makes 612 HP, which is a lot. The s65 has a V12 with over 600 HP, making it by default as fast as you can expect. In my opinion these AMG’s cannot be called sleepers especially not a car with a BiTurbo V12! Now if you were to heavily tune them and put them against a ferrari superfast. You might call them sleepers because now a sportsedan is beating a supercar.
Love this and the m5 as well. M5 sounds like po po compared to benz. 10.5 1/4 reg pump gas is amazing. How well can the trans and motor tolerate this power? How well and long can it take a beating? Id love one for awd daily 10 sec car. These german cars are on fire right now. I could care less about anything EV. This is where its at. The complete sound and feel, shifting experience. I could buy a used one but might not be able to afford to fix it 🤣. I actually saw this and the M5 side by side at a used car section at MB. They both look so good. I dont know why the M5 sounds like one of the worst v8s i ever heard. But its performance can not be denied.
Car can take this power quite good. The need to drive this to good operation temperature is very important with these power upgrades. Same goes for the maintenance. Full fluid flush every 6000 km or so.
Hello I have a e63s and I use it as a daily even with -20 winter weather. If you drive the car in comfort its really smooth like a regular car. When you enable sport/race mode then this car becomes a animal
