How are you Rich? Another nice video and jet. A ton of work for one pilot, but you do it all. On a personal note, my son and some work buddies are flying on a private jet this morning to Colorado on a fishing trip. He gets treated fairly often in his field. Told him, enjoy it, I can only watch videos of flying private jets with rich. And this video came recommended this morning as I drink my coffee. Lol. Thank you.

Always enjoy your videos Rich. I sold my Mustang about 2 years ago (regretfully!). Currently flying a Cirrus SR22T G6 whilst looking for a replacement. Was looking at the M2 but too expensive for my needs. Considering a CJ1+ but this also looks interesting with the Garmin upgrade. (or maybe another Mustang...)

When you said “I sold my mustang” I was thinking to myself, that sucks because I’ve had to sell cars that I really liked but then it hit me. I think he’s talking about an airplane. I felt so silly! Now I’m trying to sell watches and old stereo stuff so I can afford my cancer treatments. I sure hope I beat it and can start my life over and Lord willing someday be able to get my pilot license and get a airplane. Being poor is the worst feeling! Congratulations on your success! I hope to one day update you with a great success story!

What's the difference in pilot workload in operating FADEC engines vs Non FADEC in this Citation Jet ? Guessing the Start is more a manual procedure (introducing fuel an temp monitoring) and you also have to observe thrust and temp limitations during climb and cruise ? Is that done simply by observing the engine gauges, to stay out of yellow/red zones? What is the difference in range of a mustang - M2 - Citation Jet ? Fuel Flows ? Cabin Pressure differential ?

You pretty much got it on differences with FADEC. Mustang is 340 KTAS on 80 gph at 410 with 1000 NM range, M2 is 390 KIAS at 410 with 1400 NM range, and 525s down from the M2 taper off in performance but get pretty close to the M2.

We love the G1000 equipped CJ we fly. What audio recording setup are you using for these recordings? We have a patch kit into the mic but sometimes that doesn’t pickup.

NFlight has most of the audio cables for action cameras, I've lost so many videos due to GoPros not recording audio, so I got a Sony Digital Audio recorder from Best Buy that records 60 hours of audio, that way if the cameras you are using to record audio overheats/dies you can salvage the video with the other cameras (if you have more than one) . . .

@@PersonalWings No worries, trying to help… when I first started most RU-vidrs were pretty tight-lipped about their setups. I figured if we can all share our experiences, maybe it’ll save ya some heartache…. Bear in mind, this works for us….good luck!!
