I got this beautiful Street Triple with accessories (belly pane, cover seat, bar end mirrors), and it’s just amazing, very funny, secure bike! The best mid size roadster by far! No need the RS that’s for me more reserved for circuit. Triumph at its best 😉 As usual, great video, thanks a lot 🙌👏
I have a 2011 STR 675 with 116000 km on the clock full ecu remap last time on the dyno 106 rwhp 55Nm from about 3500 rpm never let me down I will never sell this bike full custom tracker build in the works. good review thanks
Loving your enthusiasm for this great bike. I have the same model less those terrible front reflectors but with bar end mirrors and belly pan it is set up a treat. Superb confidence inspiring machine ideal for all sorts of riding including track days. Look forward to your next blog 👍
Hey did you get the bar end mirrors from Triumph as well? I did not see that as an option. When I spec mine I want to at least get the belly pan first. I don't mind the mirrors, but I do prefer bar ends. They worked well, when I test rode the RS in my local dealer. They didn't have an R for that purpose.
@@raimee81 hi there. Mine are Triumph items fitted by my dealer but I’m not sure an official optional extra listed for the R. I would definitely recommend them for the way they looks as well being very effective for your rear vision. Good luck with what ever you choose.
Thanks for this great review its the first time ive watched you. Im getting this bike next year. Ive not had a bike for three years. So i cant wait to get back on a bike again 👍😁
tomboy I have Renaud's too from years of teaching skiing. My Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer has beautiful heated grips and heated seats that keep me nice and cozy here in New England. I also have the 1200 Speed Triple RR but it just wants to kill me! Great videos Lady! Love your style of reviews. 👍👍🌹
Also been up the A12 today on my 4 day old Yellow Street triple, this is my second Street triple rs and love the bike. Streets are reasonably priced for servicing but i tend to go to an independent mechanic rather than pay main dealer prices. Cheers Tomboy
Thank you for sharing! A12 is a worst place to go on any bike 😂 Especially with all the road works now. I can see that yellow in your profile picture 😍 Gorgeous!! Go B1026 👌
I bought it two weeks ago. New. I was going to buy Iron 883 but I decided against it. A wonderful machine. But it requires a few modifications. The first and necessary one is to change the tires. The stock ones are weak. Diablo rosso super corsa and that's it ✌️I had Ducati XDiavel S and ride on that bike was full of adrenaline😂 But now is smooth and easy. Driving the Street Triple 1200 was a really great experience as a test ride. But I needed something calmer as a driver with 35 years of experience😁
Hi from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Great review! I've just joined you & subscribed. I daily commute on a Triumph Trident 660 all year round. It's our summer here at the moment. Keep up the great work 👍
Here in Australia, Triumph servicing at the dealership can be a bit on the pricey side (around $350AUD) for a minor service. But if you can find a mechanic who knows his stuff (as well as learning a few basic things about maintaining your bike), you can keep servicing costs reasonable. The only problem I've had with my 765RS is the screen died. The screen is also the ECU which means, nothing works without it. This isn't just a Triumph issue but it seems there were quite a few manufacturers who had screen issues - needs a whole new screen replacement (unless you're a sparky).
No it's not. If you go faster then 50 u got the chance to lose your bike (they put it in auction where you got a chance to buy it back). Swiss bikers ride to High Black Forest to have fun. Right now they are up to fine the sound ur bike does. So Switzerland is no fun area for bikers except ur an old fart. Sry for my straight words. Enjoy ur day.
Good evening Tomboy_a_bit. Always a pleasure watching your vids girl, so you're welcome and thank you for sharing. Ride safe and see you in the next one 👍😊.
I just purchased a 765 R in white colour. I agree with you, it really looks like an angry bumlebee or like a mantis, was my impression. Anyway, the look didn't touch me (not like the trident i had before). But the 2023 model is slightly different. And now, when i was used to the look of the bike, it looks great for me. I totally agree with you - driving the streety 765 is so gorgeous 🤘 I only dont't feel very safe with this tires (i was sliding 2 times). How was your impression about the tires?
Fantastic review, I love your enthusiasm for this bike, I'm going to buy a new bike soon I've Been away from bikes for a few years , but I love this triumph but for me om only 5ft 4inches so it might be a bit to big for me and that would 22:41 be such a shame 😊
Looks like you were always in ROAD mode as you have to press the SELECT button to confirm and the fact that it showed ROAD mode when you hit the mode button again at 7:10. 😉
It's a pity the "R"doesnt come in the yellow that the "RS"doesi wonder if a wrap like you see done on sports cars is a cheaper option!?how costly could it be for the few areas of a motorcycle?
Why do I always feel like I need a new bike, every time you do a bike review? You are such a good saleswoman..., I reckon you could sell me, my own Grandmother, for big money! A very nice bike, but then, almost all Triumphs are.
I knew you'd love it. When i said it might be the best motorbike, then shut up. You were baffled. You've not heard me ever do that before 😂! It's that simple though isn't it...? That's a top contender for THE perfect bike. I'd have the RS, there is a Moto2 special edition version but they were all sold out before they reached a showroom 😢.
@@tomboyabit I think that should be a line in the national anthem... "If you lived here, you'd be talking about the weather too" 😄 Having said that weather was good today. I'm hoping we still have a a month of riding ahead of us.
Depends from the person who’s learning and the mindset they have. I know people who got R1 as a first bike. Still alive and in one piece, never crashed.
Like your video but if you are going to do such an in-depth flog..... please clean up sound especially when you have your wearing your helmet. Thank you
It's gotta be the triumph for your next bike right!? It's looks way more premium than the gsx8s in my humble opinion. The gsx8s is a handsome machine but the triumph..❤❤
@@stephenspiteri_zunkus Exactly! why i bought RS and if habits or body change, ect i can adjust it anytime. plus the TFT is bigger and my eyes are getting older lol
