Green I don't really have an opinion on TDS initially. I just like some of his content but there was this one story from a friend that kinda made me see him as a bit rude, this was when the USJ quests weren't available for everyone and only people who have been to USJ. There was this one streamer who was making sessions to let people have a chance to get the USJ stuff for free and my friend was one of the viewers. At one point, Chris contacted the streamer and asked if he could collab with the guy so he could do this mass USJ quest farming stream, at first, the guy said yes however, during the stream or before the stream, the guy asked Chris if he could get like a little shout out or like a mention of him on the streams title. However, Chris apparently didn't want to give the guy a mention or anything and just dropped the whole thing. I don't know the exact details on what happened after that.

The director for Devil May Cry 5 said that he told Capcom's CEO that he wanted to do DMC5 or Dragon's Dogma 2 as his next game and the CEO said he could do whatever he wanted. Now that he finished DMC5 i hope he started Dragon's Dogma 2.

The only time we ever got more than one new major locale in the G-Rank (or this case Master Rank) expansion was in 2nd gen, because it was easy for them to port over all the Gen 1 maps, and XX because it was an anniversary thing, and even then there was only one NEW map in the bunch. In 1st gen we didn’t even get one In 2nd gen we got the Great Forest In 3rd gen we got Misty Peaks In 4th gen we got the Dunes In XX we got the Ruined Ridge Everything else was either old maps or single area arenas for monsters like Fatalis. So only getting Hoarfrost reach is par for the course unfortunately.

I find it incredibly likely we’ll get arena type areas like the Ingle Isle.

I understand and feel more alleviated about what you guys are saying, I just really like this game and they did say that Iceborne was the same size of World itself so I guess I took it too literally. Still hyped asf tho

You can tell they really love developing the MH series and are proud of it, and they damn well should be. It makes me feel confident in the game that a couple of really cool guys are helming it lol.

capcom contemplated between DMC5 and dragon's dogma 2; they went to DMC5. now that their last 3 games were huge successes, dragon's dogma 2 is the most likely title to be next.

When they say they're still gonna have a lot of post-launch updates for Iceborne I think that means they'll still add some monsters like they did the base game with Jho, Lunastra, Kulve Taroth, and Behemoth. If that's the case I wouldnt mind with Iceborne being the only expansion.

I would have liked them to just keep adding expansions to world tbh, a bunch of different continents and stuff like they are doing with iceborne but eh.. see what happens with whatever they do after world I guess

well, that is what they have planned from the beginning. now since MHW was a huge success, we can expect another game in maybe 4 years. MHW 2 with all of the monsters from MHW plus a lot more, just like the tradition from the old generation titles.

HH is insanely fun in the beta so definitely try it when Iceborne drops.

Imo with so much happening to the game in the last couple years (anime adaption, ported to every platform, constant reminder of it's existance by capcom) i'm pretty sure they're planning on making a sequel. The evidence just lines up way too well. First we hear about Itsuno's (DD's game director) choice on whether he wanted to work on DMC5 or DD2. He's always wanted to make a sequel to DD and now that he's done, the game is receiving a bunch of attention from Capcom. I really don't think this is a coincidence. Of course Capcom could be blue balling us. That would definitely be a dick move lol.
