That odogaron subspecies looks like a weird Stygian zinogre/savage deviljho look to it and it’s absolutely nightmarish, even more than the original and considering the original looks like a mixture of Freddy Kruger and a Gorgonopsid That has the balls to fight even elder dragons that’s an impressive feat I don’t really like it’s name tho. Part of me does want savage deviljho in world tho, it would be absolutely terrifying looking. The thunder element anjanath I really didn’t expect and it kinda reminds me of Tidal Najalala in its colourful nature and shock factor, pun not intended. I really like its colour scheme and having a Tigrex turf war is just badass. I love ABSOLUTELY LOVE the new room however, I just hope there’s an outdoor area for my mantigells and new rare endemic life to put in there, the fish tank is a nice touch. Still waiting for a pause button tho, where’s my pause button capcom?!

I almost cried, the gathering hub, glavenous, the fact that we are getting more subspecies, the gathering hub changes, the room changes, oh my god I love this game!!!!!

That remaster of the Glavenus fight sound track is freaking better then I hoped it would be for being one of my favorite fight music in all of Monster Hunter! Also those new subspecies for Odogaron and Anjanath look sick! Can't wait to fight Brachydios in the Elder's Recess!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monster Hunter World is one of my favorite games of all time (and the only Monster Hunter game I have passed the tutorial and stuck with), and this DLC is one of the only ones I have ever been excited for. I loved everything about the base game, but with Iceborne, it seems like this game is reaching new levels of appreciation I never knew I had. Little things like the QoL changes or just cosmetic ones like playing with your Palico in the foot bath (which btw, I absolutely can't get enough of) to the big ones: the new area, the new monsters, the new mechanics. If it were any other company, this would have been released as microtransactions, or overpriced add ons to the base game. I thank the developers and the company for giving us this gorgeous experience. I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for all the work and love you have poured into this game. Thank you very much for giving us players this incredible work of art.

I sort of want to be able to raise baby version of monster that you can have around your room, eventually they will get to the point that you can ride on them as a permanent (ish) tailrider, essentially making it like an upgraded tailrider you can only until your next cart. Eventually, the pet monster will become a fully grown one that hangs around either outside your room or inside it ( depending on layout), having a fully grown pet monster makes you unable to use it as a tailrider anymore, but you get a new quest. Essentially this quest is an endurance test. You fight your pet monster to test if it's ready to be let out into the wild ( note: quest involving your pet monster after it's free will be capture quests so you can't kill your pet, also, in expeditions only you can have your former help you out once during the hunt, but only if they are in the area. If you have not gotten rid of your pet adult monster it will randomly help with some arena quest.) The monster can not die or be captured, and it slowly increases it's difficulty and move set as it starts from low rank, high rank, then master rank. You fight the monster till your carted three times, after that depending on how long you lasted, you get a certain amount of rewards, and your pet monster is released into the wild. Or maybe it's stays in around your hub like a poogie, but it's then only for decoration at that point ( if you have more then one or two released adulr monster pets, they cycle in and out). The rewards you get are normal monster materials along with monster materials that you use to make decorations for your room (example: a Dodogama plushy, and like a mounted model of a Glavenus' tail.). You can get theses pets via quest and or monster eggs that you find around the map. idk I just think that would be a cool feature. Sort of monster rider-y/ pokemon-y I just think it would be neat Edit: you can do this with all monsters and small monsters but you can only do it with SOME elder dragons, you can get room decorations based on elder dragons via quests or event quests Edit 2: you can also get layered armor that makes it look like you have a baby monster on your shoulder, head, back, and or arms. But, the material you need for that is rarer. But you get one random set for free ONLY ONCE as a reward via a quest

I got some Skyrim vibes with the new customization of our new room. I love that we can finally show our room to other players. I love the new Gathering Hub too. I'd probably stay there more often now. Really hyped for Glavenus and Brachydios too. :D

Raging Odogaron bodying regular Odogaron... I'm real interested in finding out what made Clifford into a hellhound, yet I'm also excited to hunt the new Anjanath variant/subspecies. I couldn't be more interested than these trailers have already made me. Also! I'm excited to hear Josh and Cottons reaction to Brachydios being involved, that should be quite funny. I think the reason I'm so excited for Iceborne most is transparency. The developers are very vocal and public, constantly give updates and do constant interviews. It gives confidence in the project.
