Big shout out to Hideki Hosoi (Sound Designer). For me, the amazing ambient sounds of the environment, perfectly timed heavy hit sounds and unique monsters' roars make every hunt so much enjoyable (even if you are repeating same investigation over and over again). Every sound is on point and somehow they blend with each other perfectly. Thank you and all the MHW team for such a great, customer oriented product!

I’m new to the MH games and picked this game up last week. It is sooo good! Might just be the best game i’ve ever played. Usually im not a big fan of this kind if grind based games but this just makes the grinding for materials so fun! My hat off to you capcom, thanks for this amazing experience! Im gonna be busy hunting for a long time :)

While a lot of people are complaining about the weapon design, I really didnt mind the minimalist look of weapons early on, although I do prefer a little more over the top for weapon design. However, huge props to the sound director. Can tell how much effort he put into creating a believable environment.

3D enabled headphones are a must for this game! so many details in the sound, it's​ so beautiful!

I'm a long time fan of this series and I can tell you Monster Hunter: World is now my all time favourite MH game

When Deviljho gets released, please have him fight Bazelguese, a corn boi vs.a pickle boi. Please make it happen.

I love monster hunter and have been playing since the beginning and I do like this game but fuck the description with it's "stylish" weapons, you guys need to fire who ever did the weapons for this game, it's my only complaint about the game, everything else is great.

Love this title MHW is amazing! Only thing I feel could be a bit better is weapon designs. Some great swords end up looking like axes? As many others have said most tree-lines look similar. Would welcome the expansion or adjustment of this critical aspect. Because the title is known for such creativity.

You know I love these sort of vids, and I love attention to detail... MHW is full of little details that make the game amazing, like the Palicos playing the harp, the one playing actually plucks along with the song. The grass effect when a dragon roars and flaps it's wings. Most games don't bother with that sort of thing, which is a shame. I've been a fan of Monster Hunter since the first one on psp, and I gotta give you guys and gals props for the game and all the little details that you put in. I wish you all success in your future endeavours ^-^/... also any chance of a water based map? With Lagiacrus and more water based monsters? I'd pay for that as dlc xD.

The over the top weapons are partly why I got into the series. These weapons are sad in comparison to the old ones.

if you do any free content updates past jho then please do one for a weapon visual revisit At least make the branch weapons unique and add one for every monster.

I liked the idea of weapons evolving from iron,bones and etc. But it's very, i repeat, very sad to see that the lasts phases of these weapons are still BONES with some scales here and there, this doesn't makes me wonder '' man, how the weapon of that monster will look like'' and that's really sad, whats is MH if not the killing monsters, loving them gears and farming them for it? Monster Hunter World is wonderful, on many aspects, like de lvl design, the gameplay and bosses... But the weapon variety is really depressing, i really hope you guys fix it, with some G-rank or don't know what. This and the fact that alpha and beta of most sets doesn't change anything besides colours, assuming that gunners armors doesn't existe anymore, that's the least i hoped, and the weapons variety being frustating ( elder dragon weapons that are just an Xeno'Jiva fur attatched to a bone sword... ) are making this game not my favourite MH, but MH4u.

I love the game but some of the weapons like the Jyuratodus or the Radobaan Dualblades look just the same like the normal Bone Dualblades. Dont get it wrong they are some good things but the Weapon Desings aren't the best in this game. I still love it but there is very little diversity in Weapon desing in this game. I would have loved if it would change with every upgrade a little bit but thats not the case in MHW it changes once when you craft the weapon first with monster material and a 2nd time when you get the highrank materials. Hopefully with will be adressed in the next game. (and i dont even wanna start with hammers.

something in honestly disaponted in is the weapon desings they feel so lacking theres two models for metal and 2 for bone and like 5 other that dont follow that design

the wep design guy says he put extra effort into the bow designs but pink nor azure bows are pink or azure! (green and red instead) blasphemy!

Like the Nergigante great sword could have easily utilized a black and red wing section of the beast with those hardened black spikes driven through it. It doesn't really speak of the Nergigante. The weapon is the hunter's centerpiece.

Such a short story. I want more.

I wanna see more videos of the actors for the animation recording. More so, if they used an actor to make the dual blade animates because oh boy the intense spinning on that. And if they use motion capture in past games.

This is the best game of all time. I realized i was carried through most of early game, so i am going to create a new profile on MHW and solo run it, get a new weapon, a whole new class and master this game. i took a break and forgot everything so its time to start again.

I'm waiting for pc release and just found out about the poorly weapon design. This makes me sad because the great designs of weapons and armors are one of the best things of Monster Hunter. Too bad they probably wont change it now since they already released it. :(

People is angry at the weapon designs and while I agree they lack in personality I appreciate that finally it doesn't feel like a weapon magically transforms into a whole different thing when it gets upgraded. I'm not a fan of the new weapon models but I understand since I can see they simply targeted a different way for the designs. I feel people isn't taking that in consideration

I would love to see more videos on how they did the motion capture for this game

Yea now that you all mentioned I had the same thought about the weapons. There is mot much variety design like other mh games. I kept upgrading my weapon and it kept looking the same so I thought once I reach the end of the tree it would sort of look different but there wasn't much change. Other than that the game is great and awesome

I love monster hunter yesterday i bought monster hunter world now i only need monster hunter for psp for having all!!

Still don't understand Capcom's decoration logic. "Let's make beta lines for all armor sets, to encourage players to use decorations to customize sets if they want, how they want." - "Great idea Jim, now let's make decorations craftable like all the other games." "Whoa now, hold on. Why not make decorations RNG-only instead?" - "Uhhhh sure. They get like 10 per quest, right?" "Ppshhh naw, they get 2-3, and only at end-game quests." - "But how will new players customize armor to suit their desires? Why would endgame hunters ever toss in antiblast gems over, say, any other gem? How will new players get gems to suit their playstyle, so that they can further develop and grow as players the more they play the game?" The main problem (imo): veteran and new players are shown all these cool beta sets "to customize as they see fit," but cannot farm decorations with ANY amount of consistency before like hr 29. And by that point, 90% of decorations are more or less useless compared to the potential decorations that people actually want, because many later armor sets (or pieces) are far more desirable than early gear. Endgame players are STILL unable to fully customize their favorite armor sets, unless they get lucky. (Yes it's a table that can be savescummed I know, but still, not everyone will go that far)

It's not mine, it's Gajin Hunter's, but he points out some rather interesting points what could be done in making this game better. I specificly agree very much on the gathering hall, weapon exterior and online functions parts. I also would like some attention to Squadbased gameplay, finding friends easier and making joining (friend/squad) expeditions more simple. If you are in a squad, joining squad member quests and expeditions should be only a click away. Thank you very much for your attention, listening to us, bringing us this great game, all the extra content and the continuous updates :D

The Weapons..please look back at all the older Monster Hunter games weapons and try to tell me that World's isn't lackluster compared to them or any of the other series. Even the very first game on PS2 has mostly better looking weapons than World's and especially the end of story Boss..why are they all small parts from it attached onto the bone and metal weapons and not just his but mostly every other end tree weapon??

it possibile to add the monster like volvidon, arzuros and lagombi because they are funny monster and i love this game and i hope that will add more new monster

i love Mosnter Hunter Wolrd and the expansion Iceborne but i wish the weapons where a bit crazyer there are some cool looking weapons but msot a very standard, that my only critic on the game the rest is so aweasome

In defense of the developers the new weapon designs are great. They’re more realistic, gradually upgrading to their final forms which may or may not look different from the beginning. But goddammit it sucks not using anime weapons.

I don't care about how you make the game, I will still love it, But I want my pause button!

The game is great and the visuals stunning, and i understand why you wanted to make simpler weapons for low rank but its one of my biggest issues with the game, im missing all the classic weapon desings that impressed me so much even 10 years ago

I this game but I have a few issues. The weapon design is very lackluster and the weapon tree is good for info but the fact that you can't just craft it outright is pretty bad. I don't want to make a bone weapons upgrade it a bunch of times just to get to the tree I want. Other than that it's great best mh yet.
