BW Integrated Systems' Clamshell Denesting / Labeling / Restacking systems are designed to place thermoformed plastic trays and clam shells onto a flighted conveyor. The trays are then presented to either labeling heads, which apply top product identification and bottom UPC labels, or dispensers to insert absorbent pads. The finished trays are restacked and batched for packaging.
