I love that you can be somewhat flexible with work time as long as you get the hours in. My job is remote(which is the best) but has specific hours/lunch time. Great for staying on a routine but I also wish I could Flex Time some days as long as I get the hours in.

According to RD Abbey Sharp on YT, this is a myth. If you’re used to drinking coffee before food, your body is used to it and you don’t experience the spike in cortisol.
