Interesting content as always. I have not tried this 7Artisans lens yet but I do own the TTArtisans 100mm Tilt/Shift and it is quite a fun lens to use, as you say.
I bought the TT Artisans tilt lens 50mm and I enjoyed taking off focus pictures, but it only has tilt. I am keen to buy the 7 Artisans lens as it has a shift which gives the lens more capabilities. Do you agree ?
Don't buy it for the shift function. On my X-H2 it is a 76mm equivalent, and to get a full-length look at verticals like tall buildings or trees I have to stand so far back that most of the convergence disappears. It _is_ a lot of fun to play with the tilt function, and not just for the miniature effects: the power to get a whole plane in focus means you can get the entire surface of a field in focus even at a wide f-stop.
At 4:41 that's a very strong toy camera look. Video of that would be something, but you'd need to track. It's a great price for a tilt. I would have liked to see high the lens straightened the lines of buildings more. Perhaps a before and after of the same building.
