+郝给力, You're welcome! You're absolutely right! I feel great when I receive compliments and praise others as well. You know, I still remember that one of my Japanese classmates told me that "you shoes look good" even though I thought my shoes I was wearing then really sucked. I really appreciated her compliments and felt very confident! When we try to give compliments, or maybe white lies initially, to others, after a while, it kinda becomes a habit to compliment others and we also feel fantastic when we do that.
Great video. Learned a lot. By the way, Chinese girls will cover their mouth when they are smiling or laughing because of culture. In the traditional Chinese view, a lady should not let people look her teeth when she's smiling. I can remember my mather teaching me that when I was a kid.
I love this video except one little point. Actually I think we have different culture. It is true that many Chinese girls smile with their hands covering their mouths. However, I think it is not because they are not confident. There is a Chinese saying “笑不露齿”(smile without showing your teeth). It may be a habit from our culture. Since I am in a English-speaking country now, I should give more compliments to people around me. Thank you so much! I learned a lot!
