8/7/23 Morgantown Thunderstorm [STEREO] 

Added the "23" card for the first time. I will apply whatever card corrects the on-screen date as this is another camcorder with the calendar display stopping at 2020. Video has been Upscaled & Deinterlaced to ensure better compression to RU-vid.
