8 Min Abs Workout how to have six pack has been designed to specifically work on the abdominal muscles and have perfect 6 packs.
It can be done by anyone who exercises regularly, both men and women. There are no particular requirements for this abs workout; you just need to know how to properly perform the ab exercises involved and you will ready for get perfect six pack!

Perform Abs workout every second day (e.g. Mon-Wed-Fri) for at least two weeks. Then you'll be ready to perform the next level of this ab workout.

ℹ️ HOW THIS ABS WORKOUT WORKS
1. Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow.
2. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen - and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen.
3. Toned ab muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area near the active muscles. So it burns fat in that area.

The human body does not sit upright without moving the neck first. It's biologically impossible to NOT crunch/sit without holding a person's neck up.

IF YOUR NECK IS HURTING! Don't put your chin on your chest and bend your neck when you do the exercise. Keep your head still and your neck neutral! Keep it inline with your body like when you're standing upright and look up at the ceiling, rather than down at yourself! :)

Mister Motivational diets help unless you are trying to put on weight, tho you still probs want to regulate some sort of calorie intake. If you are losing weight or trying then be in a calorie deficit. Change up the routine regularly and do every rep correctly, the time it takes is different for all

If you neck hurts after, like it's tensed to hell and back, I made this mistake too, it's a bad form, do not look forward, this will cause this. Make sure you look upward while doing these. You will feel much more relaxed during and your neck will not bother you afterwards at all. Like this for everyone to see!

I started this workout back then in 2013 and now in 2015 instead of a six pack i have a 8 pack 💪 its hard the first 2 months but then you start to find it easy i had what i wanted by the first year of working out! This is just to let you know it works!

How many packs you have is genetic u can't change that and its not a sign of very great muscles or ... You shouldn't train everyday the same muscles. It needs to rest,that's where it grows/improves

Delphin E Abs don't really need that much time to recover since they are used so much, walking, laughing, talking etc - so they have adapted to recovering quickly

I started this workout on April 2th. I started seeing results around April 25, and now, I'm definitely seeing those amazing results! Just started lvl 2 today. Just letting you guys know that this really works! So keep at it peeps! I honestly thought it would take around three months to see results but this is just awesome. Oh, and I started to eat way better in April, so the meals also deserve credit! :)

If you're having neck problems while doing this workout...place your tongue at the roof of your mouth. You should also look up and try focusing on a single object like the ceiling.. hope this helps!

READ BEFORE DOING THIS EXERCISE! I want everybody to know that this exercise will give you a six pack if you are ALREADY lean and you ALREADY have some abs showing. I did this exercise for 30 days straight.. I'm a relatively stocky dude I have some love handles and due to the small amount of fat on my stomach I didn't get a six pack. The end results were I noticed my abs were coming out a little more and they definitely strengthened. -- Starting: I've been doing this exercise a few times a week for around a month and noticed a small improvement in abs. This workout is pretty intense at first but if you do it everyday it gets easier and easier. I've started doing this everyday since the 8th and will keep it going for 30 days will update my progress. I can assure you that doing this will in fact strengthen your abs. Day 10: It was pretty annoying/difficult the first few days but I found after doing it over and over again not only does it get easier, it gets more enjoyable. I haven't noticed any substantial changes. Day 30: From looking at pictures from when I started you can clearly see my abs but no six pack. Doing this everyday made me feel pretty good knowing I was taking a step forward for my physique. I would recommend this for lean people looking for a six pack or for people who want to strengthen their abs.

I can honestly say it WORKS. I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to do it and I've done it!!! It won't give you a six pack but it helps so so so much and you'll get near a six pack, LIKE that so people see and for my hard work! Onto level 2, here I go!!!

I think it should state that in the video or description really, for those who don't just take it for granted that you should warm up your muscles first (y)

Random Walk I had this problem as well at the beginning so I hypnotized I don't have enough strength to do that yet. I proceeded to do every exercise but this one for about 3 weeks and than I was able to perform it with relative ease.

I'm 14 and i'm doing those workouts for whole quarantine isolation (like 2 and half month). Everyday, no day loss. All i can say is that if you are determined to get your sexy abs, you actually get them from fhose workouts, it's easy, short and works 200% percent. As for me, 1st month was pretty challenging and i really saw the big difference from my old body. Next days, it becomes easier and easier and i reccomend to do 2reps of them (if u can) . So, good luck guys, hope beaches will open this year.

To anyone watching this and reading this right now. Don’t. Give. Up. This used to be hell on earth for me but after awhile it became easy. Make sure to drink lots of water, and after it starts to become easier move onto level 2. I’m right here with you and my six pack is starting to show. I did this twice a day from the ages of 14 - 18 (I'm 25 now) and now I reference this video in my brain without even watching it xD. Every time I do an Ab workout I use like 80% of this video in my head hahaha. i've just competed 2 weeks. i've done this workout once a day for the past 2 weeks excluding sunday as a rest day. as of right now i cannot see a huge difference (wasn't expected that anyway) but i can definitely feel one. my abs area feels a lot more "muscular" rather just soft. i have eaten relatively healthy since i started this workout and i will continue to do so. after another week of this i'm probably going to move onto level 2. i will continue to right about my progress in the replies! p.s - this workout gets much easier after a couple of days! continue to work hard and you'll get great results!

I’ve been doing this for about 2 months and my top 2 abs are showing. I do this 4 times a week and honestly I’m pretty impressed with the results. Before starting I had no visible abs! Would recommend to do this for around 2 months then move on too level 2. Ps I know it may hurt your neck but push through it; it’s worth it. Good luck.

Guys a lot of you are doing this wrong and that's why you are not getting results in 1 week you must be at least jogging playing some kind of a sport or even lifting and then you do this workout at the end also eating healthy is so important don't eat junk food also sleeping early do all this for a month and you will see a very big difference don't think just doing this workout will magically get you a good body shape you must give your body good fuel, rest, being active and then this workout will give you the results you want hope this helps

Guys! I tried this 2 year back and within months I got 4 packs, but... I had stopped because it took a longer time for six packs if I didn't stopped this workout I would have got 6 packs! I'm again starting this workout! I hope you don't do the same mistake just like me! And this workout is really good, if you do it properly u will get six packs within months

Yea i had the same, but just keep it up and results will be fantastic!! I was doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: "kates fitness journey diet" if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to everyone. Results was awesome, and now i feel great. Good luck! :)

At first time doing it yes,even a second time but if you keep feeling pain in your neck, that means you are not looking correctly. usually you want to look at 45 degree angle ,something that helps is focus with the eyes on certain spot on that angle

***** Hm, yes and no. I'm sitting in front of pc for weeks, so I know my neck is weak. Yet not all of the exercises have arms below head - in few of them there is only head going up alittle, without support of arms. While doing those my neck doesn't hurt but it get tired really fast, untill it's fully tired and I can't continue the exercise in a proper way.

You are bending your neck, keep it straight. The only thing that should be bending are your abs.

Your abdominal muscles can get tired ,so your body uses other muscles like neck or back..thats what causes the pain.

Ok imma go this 3-5 times a week for a at least 2 months and see where I get and I’ll update. Days 1-4: started off really hard but it’s getting easier Day like 5 ( I forgot I started this update thing on day 2 but whatever) It’s getting better I’m also doing some other stuff but I feel like I’m doing some of the crunches wrong but it’s going good. It helps I’m kinda skinny to start out with Day 7 ( actually like 9) It’s getting a lot better and I think I’m going to do 5 days a week. It really helps if you make sure you rally focus on your abs pulling you up. ( now of course this workout isn’t the only thing I’m doing, also I’m doing other things like 15 -20 minutes of other work outs aniut 5!times a week ) Day like 11 or 12 Took a off day yesterday cause of homework gonna do this and other workouts 5 days a week Day like 14 or something It’s getting better i this and about half of this workout so basically I do this 1 and 1/2 times and about 15 more minutes of body weight activity about 5 time a week Day like 16 or something I added a 10-12 minute run I’m gonna do 3-5 times a week to my little plan Day like 22 It’s going good that running should help a bit. Day like 28 or something Still going good Day 22 I did 30 minutes of cardio instead today Day 24 Off day Month 1 I might start alternating between this and this 10 minute ab work but the next month I’ll combine both Day 40 we still going. I did 5 days of 30-40 minutes of workouts this week. I’ll probably have to lose a tiny bit of body fat to have my abs show. But that will mainly be diet We still at it Moved on to level two along with my other training So approaching 2 months and my abs are definitely stronger but I want to make it VERY CLEAR that this workout is not the only thing I’ve been doing it’s probably like 1/4 of what I do and for this workout I do 50 reps now. Your body will get used to it and you will have to do more. But if I drop 2-3 percent in body fat I will have a decent six pack or at least clearly visible abs. Maybe 4-5 precent. I think I’m at 15% now. God damn it it’s it’s finals week and I have no clue how this is gonna go Ok so I kept doing it but when I do this workout now, I do 60 reps of each exercise I haven’t gone anywhere, I’ve just been doing this Rory Mcilroy workout since I am a golfer. But there is a problem, I have a kinda big scrape on my very lower back so that makes it very difficult to do abs so I have been doin cardio and Arms Still at it Still at it. Like I said before I’m doing more arms and stuff like that Shit I forgot to update but I’ve still been at it. So I do 60-70 reps each exercise and for some of the crunches, I add 20-40 pounds of weight. and I throw in some other. Abs are kinda showing , definitely improvement from day 1 and I feel a lot better. Like for example on day one I could barley do 30 sit-ups with out my neck hurting and I was barley even able to do them at all and I couldn’t stand up without using my handsnow I can do 100 or more pretty easily and I add 20-40 pounds to sit-ups now. I’m a lot more active now in the spring with sports so I can get between 10,000-20,000 steps a day instead of just 5000. And for golf I don’t have to swing as hard now so I’m more consistent Doing this During my half way rest, to anyone wondering about neck pain, it goes away once you have decent form. The most common neck pain exercise is probably the leg up touch crunch Damn 6 months already! Definitely a great intro to working out! Oops for got to update but the big thing is to maintain proper form cause that’s really important Yeah haven’t been updating but I replace some moves with harder ones Dang it’s already been a year, i Definitely would recommend but what I do Now is basically equivalent to the level three version of this with some additional weights added. I’ll keep updating

+wut I ate 2 eggs to breakfast and I drank a big glass of water to it. I drank at least 10 liters of water every day. You also need to eat vegetables or fruits every day.

I can't believe how hard this is. I'm currently down to 159 lbs from 225, with my goal being 125. I walk, jog, and run every day for weight loss. Just tried this for the first time on 05/23/24, and I can't do it all. I took maybe 2 breaks during the exercises since my body couldn't handle it. Im going to try to attempt this everyday. Wish me luck!

For everyone complaining about your neck, make sure you are consciously trying to lift with your abs. For the first week of doing this daily it will hurt there however, due to hand placement etc. Try to finish it without stopping, as stopping may decrease the amount of work your abs are actually getting.

I remember that this exercise hurt my neck many years ago when I did it, now it doesn't hurt at all, I wonder if it is because now I do exercises with better mind muscle connection or because my abs are stronger than they were when I first started training them many years ago.

it could be real if this guy/girl is really skinny, for skinny people they can see there abs quicker cause they have a lower body fat percentage. But that kinda do seem fake unless if you do other workouts.
