Strengthen your core muscles with an exercise ball aka swiss ball or physioball workout. Get more power in your abs by using this serie of 3 workout videos about losing inches around your waist. Repeat the abdominal workout in this first video 2-3 times a week for 3-4 weeks and build up the core strength and ab-power needed to be able to start with the workout in the second video. The 3rd video will contain the most difficult abdominal exercises you can do with an exercise ball, so make sure you’re up to it by following the program in the first two videos.
This video contains 6 core exercises for a duration of 30 seconds each. You will be repeating this serie, so the total workout will consist of 12 times 30 seconds with the only rest you’ll get is the 10 seconds to switch from one movement to another.
