So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one
I think Med-Ball Circuit training is highly under rated in gym culture. It's a great way to use and strengthen all your balancing muscles and tendons during the movements. It's also amazing to build up endurance strength if done consecutively during a circuit session of your chosing. To spice up my circuit session, I do 3 reps of each throw then do a 200 meter dash @ 90% threshold pace in between each exercise.

I was using the 30 pound ball this morning I was letting it crash into my chest and mid section to toughen me up. I did three five minutes rounds switching up throws and distance and how hard sometimes I get the wind knocked out of me lol

Genial, mucha creatividad, y sin tanto costo, al aire libre, es agradable hacer de esa manera ejercicios y de paso ayudándole al medio ambiente reciclando llantas. Me encantó.
