Thanks, nice efficient routine. I tend to do the same post-run yoga vids over and over again until I get tired of either the music or VO, so in my ideal world there'd be a new one like this every month!
Hello from Ukraine 🇺🇦! I love this stretch, it reliefs every pain or tension in muscles in legs. I personally feel I need some exercises for the upper body, too. I do them on my own, but hope for you to create a more comprehensive stretch maybe. Anyway, this stretch is fabulous, I see the difference. Thank you so much for your work! ❤
I have been running consistently since the beginning of August now. I have done this stretch after almost every run. The days I forget to do it, I am def feeling it the day after. Thank you for this stretch sequence! I’ve also paired it with the pre stretch routine you have.
This has also been a helpful stretch routine after a workday (mostly behind a desk). I also usually never turn my head to look at the screen in your practices, so I miss the verbal instructions, but the countdown timer was a nice new bonus feature. Thanks! - Ray
Feels great, perfect cool down routine. Straight forward and a good duration. I was looking for a short and effective guided video. Yours was the best I came across. I don't have time to stretch 15-20 minutes.
If you like the short ones there's more on the channel. In your Google search bar type in ru-vid.comvideos On the opening page - at the top of the page in the middle - click on PLAYISTS. To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 10, 15, and 20 minute videos 😉
Stretches are good. However, the zero audio prompts aren't my thing. Means I have to focus too much on my phone to workout what's happeing. So, not my favourite. That said, written prompts fantastic for the audio impaired. Love your work otherwise.
Training for my first half marathon and I’ve started doing this after every run! I’ve never ached the next day (not badly anyway) and I’m convinced this is the reason - thank you!
I have used this warm down and the accompanying warm up session for the past two years. They have got me, now in my mid-50s, through two London Marathons injury free (my first ever marathons). Not only are they great stretches, they are great ways to mentally wind down after a run.
Thanks - this and warm up has helped me successfully return to running from injury. Going to stick with it from now on. Ps. Love the lo fi jazz guitar music!
This was an amazing stretch after an intense incline walking session! Perfect length, the music was top tier, and the cues helped me to really enjoy the experience of a great stretch!! Thanks, this is my new daily post workout stretch!!!
I guess I've gotten used to Tim's voice, so I was missing the cues - although I mentally reminded myself to breathe and lengthen and not push too hard, so I guess I've become a full-on-Donkey-Kong Timmy-phile. 😮
6:45 my body always struggle to stretch like this bcs my fingers cant even touch my toes, dont even mention the floor. My calves are in pain everytime tried to stretch touching my toes. My flexibility is so bad lol 😂

Perfect! I’ve been running for 3+ yrs and usually use a yoga based stretching routine, this feels great though! Maybe get a longer backing track though to match the video length?
Hi Tim I tried to do this after my run especially the back bending stretching and felt a sharp pain in my lower back as I have L5 S1 herniation. Would you still recommend I do those??

Loved this cool down! Just started slow jogging the movement out of Japanese and googled stretches for this and up you came! So glad I tried! Will check out your yoga routines as due to injury had to stop for sometime! 🙏🙏🙏
Nice soundtrack! I really like the timer, descriptions, and next stretch cues. I am not a runner, but I like to take daily walks. After yesterday's class I went ahead and joined @DharmaShakti at Yogulation in Long Beach for 108 Sun Salutations! This stretch was just right today!!

Have been training for a marathon and do this video after every run. So relaxing and not had an injuries or niggles at all. Much more variety of stretches than most cooldown videos. Love the music too!

Im def gonna start doing this. I just started running and I heard about these a post work out/ run things that I knew I needed to get Into especially since I have I've been doing pre but especially post would help with my muscles these would definitely come In handy. This music Is so chill also. Definitely something you can calm down over after a run.
these stretches are fire. another great one to add is the cat camel stretch and also the iron cross stretch, so you target your back too! i liked the 30 sec limit. i feel sufficiently slimed after a sticky run. in this situation I am the taffy that is no longer sticky when you touch it cus it cooled down. before my runs i am like hot taffy because my muscles feel all sticky and not lax and smooth. my muscles are now smooth like snoop dog's brain at 4:20. ty!
