Join me as I guide you through a quick 8-minute full body stretch routine to help you continue doing the exercises, sports, and physical activities that you love for as long as possible. It’s quick, easy, and it feels great. Best of all, it can save your body!
Stretching is essential for reducing your risk of pain and injuries. Stretching also helps to minimize or eliminate delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

You might want to try ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_qd8WfGIsPg.html Bea has a lot of lovely flows and stretches for joint pain and stiffness related to arthritic conditions and similar. Also I really love Yoga with Joelle for the same reason (also on RU-vid).

You might benefit from restorative yoga, which offers props to alleviate discomfort in the knees and back. Also check out my videos for knees and lower back pain.
