Most likely pens by Sakura aka Microns, Indentipens. Doesn't matter as long as they are permanent and don't bleed. Copic's are great too but they can be pricey. Oh, its all an outline. What you refer to as inline is still an outline. Rendered is finished work and anything with just line work is well, line work.
I'm only ten seconds into the video, but I have to say the Brando Chiesa tattoo looks soooo good! I've seen the bat, but I think this is the first time seeing the cat!!
