You look great. Surgery doesn’t cause perfection, it causes a difference. You have to remember you’ve had 2 children, gained and lost weight over the years and have had invasive surgery that could have caused scar tissue. We have to ask ourselves “Why am I not satisfied”. Are we doing it to show our bodies to people or to be healthier. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. As my pastor said years ago, the only person who should see my shape/body should be my husband. Relax, you’re blessed, alive and healthy.

The pooch is your uterus love. You won’t ever have a super flat stomach, especially since you’ve had kids. And that’s completely fine, it makes you woman 💕

You look great. I think what people fail to realize with Lipo is that once those fat cells are removed, they can’t come back in that area…so it finds other places to go when you gain weight. Sometimes in very strange locations. Probably why you are noticing the back and arm fat.

Thank you for sharing the update. I commented a few videos ago. I had a breast reduction when I was 30. I am 50 now. A decision I do not regret! It took about a year for my sensation in my areola and nipples to come back. I had a c section with my children my youngest is 18 and sensation in scar area only half came back. My take away, it's the luck of the draw. I would suggest give it time some people take years to regain sensation after surgery. btw you look great, don't over think it!

I had a tummy tuck with gala flex mesh about 4 years ago now. I have a pooch. I fluctuate also due to our female hormones. My surgeon emphasized making my tummy tuck look natural to my body type. You look great!

Your feelings are valid and as you feel them and work through them it will all work out!! You have one of the best belly buttons I have seen. You look great...hope you feel great as well even if it's over time!!

You look great! We had the same surgeon and similar procedures. This entire video I kept agreeing with you. When I notice the minor things I wasn't aware of, I also go back to before pictures. Once I came back to FL , I continued with my massages and red light therapy. I literally feel each week the swelling is more prominent in different areas. Maybe a red light therapy belt may aid in that area on your waist. I purchased mine on amazon. You're body goals ma'am.

First off you look great! I also had a TT and breast lift w/o implants 12/2/2022. I think I have almost the exact same thoughts as you about the drop in the lift, back fat and even the dog ear issue. My surgery is fixing it free of charge though. It’s hard to think about how much we pay and the pain just to come out and not have the “perfect” result our minds dreamed of. Just remember, it’s for improvement and not perfection. Love yourself. Your results were amazing.

You're thinking right. Thanks for sharing. This may help. I got rid of my back fat when I lost weight. It just kind of disappear. For my weight loss I did a low carb/ low sugar diet and 3 day work out.

You look fantastic! It sounds like what you want is to be more like a perfect size 6 instead of an 8. I think all the little things you pointed out would be taken care of with the loss of the extra body fat or more toning as opposed to additional surgery.

You look fantastic Gabrielle!! You’re absolutely gorgeous! I had a similar procedure last December in Illinois, but just with the front abdomen and the back bra rolls. Mine was just a 2 hour procedure and I went home the same day, but a driver had to drive me home as I was still pretty drugged after the procedure. I’m almost a year out now and don’t like how my back looks as I still have rolls. So, my Dr will do a revision if requested at no cost as long as you haven’t gained weight and 6 months has passed since the original procedure. My Dr further explained that all the fat had been removed already and what I was seeing is the excess skin now, which causes the creases I was seeing and if I wanted that skin cut off that’s a whole different procedure and they didn’t do that type of surgery. He further explained that it all has to do with your skin as some people’s skin reacts the way that you want it to and totally flattens out once the fat is removed and then some people’s skin does not flatten out of which mine did not. You never know because when the Dr and Nurse initially examined my skin at the consultation last year, they said that they just knew that my skin would most likely react properly, but again, in the end it did not. With that said, the Dr said since I met the requirements for a revision, he would be happy to go in again and see if there was possibly anymore fat to remove. So, I did go ahead and had the Dr do a revision of my back bra rolls on November 8, 2023. It’s been 4 days since the revision and I’m wearing the fajas/ compression garment regularly. Let’s hope this revision helps the back rolls smooth out. If it does not, I’m done and I’ll just live with how things are as I don’t want to go under the knife and be cut on. Girl u look amazing! I would never show myself in my undies! I’ll bet your sweetie says you look incredible! I had a hysterectomy 30 years ago…I have a pooch from scar tissue or adhesions. Chad is looking at you thru eyes of love. I have multiple sclerosis and have done medication injections in my abdomen and thighs for 18 years… there are dimples from Lopo-atrophy that are permanent.. but the medication is life changing for me. It’s a trade off. You had two beautiful children. Consider those “imperfections” as a reminder that God blessed you with the amazing ability to bear children.

Also some women have damaged their organs from wearing tight waist trainers and such . You are very beautiful and your personality adds to your beauty . So from my experience and what I saw from others... your body is still healing for about a year after surgery so wearing the garments are important for that reason.. to hold things in place while they heal in place... I stopped wearing the bra quicker than I should have and my boots dropped after a reduction... now I want a lift... jeans tho.. I've always had a smaller waist so fashion nova jeans have been my go to... before fashion nova, old navy jeans were good

As far as the possible revision for the dog ear, I think you should really reconsider because it could possibly create another issue. If you wouldn't have pointed it out I wouldn't have even noticed it. I would hate for you to go back under the knife and then he makes it look worse than it does now and then you will wish you would have just left it alone. But obviously do whats best for you girly

The flaws that you point out (IMO) are miniscule. You know yourself better than anyone. I understand. I have lost over 100lbs over the years still want to loose like 60 more everyone else says I don't need to loose any more but for me more weight loss is necessary . A friend suggested that I do some firm , tone and tighten for a few weeks before I decide . So I will try it for six weeks and then go from there.

You look great! I seen the difference in the first photo and after. I agree with the doctor after a year you will see a change especially with your workouts but you already know what to do. And it’s okay to enjoy your body without trainers and other things. Go to bed happy. You are giving body, I do want to know do you think genetic has something to do with why you don’t see quick results in areas you would hope to see and want faster

Hey Gabe, if you are a 8-10 with thicker thighs and hips and waist is smaller, look into Fashion Nova Jeans high waisted jeans they will fit your waist... they also have stretchy jeans too specially the butt area will look plump

I had lypo on my thighs too. And they got lots of dimples and that was never the case. They are getting back to normal in the gym with weight training.

Hey girl heyyy!!! I do see what you're referring to as far as your pooch at bottom of the tummy. I did have to go back and get the tummy lipo'd after my TT. Strange enough I had a pooch above the belly button but over time that has now slimmed down, and my tummy does now look flat. I too was over wearing the faja all that time. I wanted to walk around without any garments to smooth or trim me down. I 100% agree with you about how easy it is for people to get hooked on repeat surgeries etc. Also, in reference to the back fat - I thought areas of our bodies that are lipo'd fat go back to those areas last if/when you gain some weight. I agree I wish i had that rounded volume at the top cleavage area of the boob. Yep, I see the "love handle/dog ear". Great update video!!!
