AFTER 8 WEEKS!!! You are healing very well. I have been watching so many Mommy Makeover videos and researching surgeons, after-care..etc and I thank all of you! I didn't know there was a Facebook Tummy Tuck page lol I will go look at that too.
I know I need to do better with maintaining a regular habit schedule. Ugh! It's hard. I feel like I'm good the 1st week, then life happens. I need to find something that will keep the motivation to stay on track.

I saw a post today that there is 100 days until 2025, I think this is the perfect time for a reset. I have been going since 8/2/2024 and down 23.9 pounds!! I am also feeling soooo good and inspired to create a new normal lifestyle for my daughters and I. s/n I have been watching your channel for years off and on from my orig youtube. I literally stole your whatup peeps intro for some of my old lives lol. Anywho thanks for this update and for sharing your life with us! So appreatiate you and your family.

Loved this! I'm currently on Day 21 of 75 Soft..real soft 😂 9 months postpartum, baby is just now sleeping through the night and I figured it's the perfect time to start. This video was such great timing! Headed in the gym now 💪🏾

Thank you for sharing. Are you able to to share your eating plan? I have a whole 30 eating plan but I have found the plan to be very laborious. I'm looking for quicker cooking options for whole foods. today you were able to do a smoothie and slow cooker which would be my speed. :)
I have never attempted a 75 hard, medium or soft but after watching I would like to try. Atomic Habits...1% better everyday. I loved this video. Great spring board to inspire me to give it a try. TFS 🩷
Love this Gabe! I usually watch senior fitness but this is really good. I’m 77 and take water aerobics twice a week and strength training on Wednesdays. I plan to increase the weight training. Really helps as we age!
Anytime I’ve watched videos and someone’s talking about working out, I’ve never been motivated enough to actually get up and work out, but for some reason this video moved me right off my couch. I’m getting dressed as we speak to head over to the gym. Thank you, Gabe! 😊💪🏽
Hi Gabe! I have been working on my healthy habit's I started in July and I have been doing pretty good I'm down to 137 from 147.8 I have not set a goal weight yet I just want to be healthy and I taking a lot of vitamin's I'll keep updated. OMG! Gabe I read my You Version Bible App my I do the daily refresh as well it's a game changer it keeps me focus on God's word so refreshing.
Great video and helps with encouragement. I’ve been eating less red meat . I should have tracked it. Also been doing stairs when I for my walk. Keep going Gabe!
Girl, please!!! You look AMAZING. You never want to get into that, "chasing perfection", cyclone. You stay active, and you're careful about your calories, and after giving your body the grace and time, that it deserves, after all of that trauma, you can revisit perhaps a bit of lipo on those back areas, IF, even still wanted! I thought I was going to do 75 hard, but I’m doing 75 medium 😂😂😂 45min of exercise every day 75 days straight with clean eating is a good start for me. When I’m back in the swing of things I will do 75 hard 😅

No disrespect but this just seems like another fad. I wish “we” as women could just find 1 diet and 1-2 exercise regimens we truly enjoy. So we’re not left feeling hungry, burnt out nor bored therefore making it more sustainable. All the yo-yoing is robbing us women of our ability to sustain our good habits and our ability to practice self love & acceptance.
