That Statue of Perfection exploit seems really cool. Reminds me of how there were duplication exploits in the 2nd generation Pokémon games and Emerald.

I found a glitch with my daughter that’s pretty fun teleporting with the horse and flute with two people pretty fun but tricky timing. Just call your horse and jump on it last second will teleport you to the other player. Could save on totems

The berries exploit is probably explained like this : You start the game and load your save. It generate a value on how many and which bushes have berries and store this value in volatile memory. This value is kept until the game is closed and the memory released. I assume that when you go to sleep it would wipe the value from volatile memory and upon starting your new day would check and generate a new one. However since you quit instead of going to sleep the value stays in the volatile memory. When loading your save game it check for the value, see it exist and instead of generating a new one, add to this already existing value which in turn increase the number of bushes with berries. Take note that is purely speculation. I did not take a look at the code neither did I datamine any of this.

TIp: Don't leave the statues dropped. Make sure they are placed or in your pockets. Or else you will lose them all the next day

I haven’t confirmed but you might be able to use the green wallpaper inside a Junimo hut to get them to turn colors like a prismatic shard does!

Having a second player allows you to get an extra coffee machine from evelyn's special order, which is very useful since that special order is normally not repeatable

I remember when me and my friend accidentally caused the duplication glitch! We were placing the strange doll back and forth on our table in Stardew because he was trying to take it from me. Then we realized there was now two instead of one! We were so lost 😅

you can get unlimited foraging XP by having a full inventory and trying to right click a tapper from a tree. 0-10 foraging in 1 day if you use an auto clicker

You can also place yellow couch (only that one) in a loom for free cloth. It's good to have the catalogue for that

Exploits are interesting, and I've even tried the statue one, but I've always felt like abusing the game in the way kind of ruins it🤷

Similar to the exploit with the green wallpaper to fill the bundle with a prismatic shard, you can put a staircase in the pants slot to get Lewis's shorts

For the statue one you don’t have to pick up and re-destroy every time. If you have no magnetism and stand on the edge of one tile and set the statue on the tile furthest from you, you can destroy it without picking it up.

Gotta try that green wallpaper exploit for the bundle before it gets patched!

7:22 You can also use it to get rewards from quests. If you do something like a special request from the quest board you can probably get easy money

I don’t tend to use many exploits, but when working on 100% completion.. yeah I’m using them.

An exploit I found recently is getting infinite cloth. Since cloth can earn quite a bit of money it's useful but it's really only when you're in late game because you need to purchase a catalogue. If you have a catalogue you get an infinite amount of furniture. You can put yellow couches in the loom and it'll register as wool. Really fun just putting a big ol' couch into a tiny loom. It only works on yellow couches so yes, it is an exploit and a glitch that I don't believe concerned ape make purposefully.

Idk if it's exploit or straight up cheating, but the naming glitch has helped me tremendously with prismatic shards. It can help with any other item too, if you are completely stuck with collections.

Thank you for the green wallpaper glitch! I just unlocked that bundle and was worried because I'm almost on year 5 and still have yet to see a prismatic shard. So I will just get that wallpaper and use that

5:50 a good way I’ve found to get a lot of statues, once you have a bunch and don’t want to keep mining them all, is to put them down and break them with a full inventory in a building so they stay there as you start from only needing to break one again. Sure it’ll still take a while if you have a lot and want to put them in the building again but it saves on space to place and break them once you have a ton as well

the wallpaper might also be used to replace prismatic shards for that one mr. qi quest I think unfortunately I just completed that quest this morning so it might be a while until I can test that but I'll definitely keep it in mind

@Salmence, can the green wallpaper be used in the forge on ginger island? (in place of a prismatic shard) that would be game breaking. Or how about in the 4 prismatic shards needed for the Qi challenge?

you can use a chair to access the minecart area of the mines. If you clip out of bounds and go to the right, there will be the querry's entrance, making you access it earlier.

On the geode exploit, if you are on mobile you can use the back up save. ( I only have ever played on mobile ). Notes on backup. Go to the settings when yoh want to save. Hit save backup. To go back to it , exit to title then load the game and hit the green check when it asks if you want to load where you left off. A few notes. When I was playing a few months ago on the 1.4 version i read A hand that explained that buffs do not save. So always save first then do your buffs. On 1.5 I have noticed two things… One if you put anything in the shipping bin and go back to either an emergency save or a backup save you’ll lose the stuff in the shipping bin. I think they are working to fix this. The other thing is your horse resets. So if you ride the horse to Clint and load a backup save later the horse won’t be there. This is really minor. So what I do is I get a bunch of geodes and I head over to Clint in the morning before really doing anything other than maybe some farm work. Then I do a back up save and have an Excel worksheet open and just start going through geodes. Of course I’m actually looking for a prismatic shard usually early in the game. The first 15 geodes will not give you a prismatic shard so I will do 15 of whatever and then save. Prismatic shards are also only in under the Omni geodes. So then I’ll open all my Omni geodes and chart them. Then reload. Do a different kind of geode and then the Omni again and reload etc. i also do this to decide what I want to donate to the museum. On the last go round I pick and choose what to open based on what I need. Then continue with my day. I generally have a tv program on or listen to music / a pod cast because this can be tedious. I also really only do it early game. Before skull caverns.

the 2 player glitch might also work with the adventure guild.

Another dupe glitch is in multiplayer, if you say put down a crystalarium or any placeable item… have both players face it and swing their pickaxe at the same time to “reclaim the object” the game will if done properly produce two of that item

I've thought of a few things that you might be able to get with multiplayer abuse: -Professor Snail's tent -Community Centre rewards -Chests in the mines?

On mobile(maybe in the other versions too) if you have something in the lost things box on house of Lewis if you take them, they will duplicate and you can have unlimited of those

If I recall there was one trick I could do in local co-op, I'd have to check if it was patched out. But one player goes into the hot springs and pauses their game. Then the other player (or players) pause the game which freezes the clock for everyone. However the player(s) in the hot spring will continue to recover energy as though time continued to pass. It's perfect for going to the mine, just taking a small detour and overall a great early game way to recover energy

You can make a save back up, exit and enter again to your save and limited stock items will reset while you keep the bought item.

you can use the wallpaper exploit in the museum, i think

you dont have to place all of em. just one as long as every statue is on the ground in item form and not in possession state

In any mine, when you open the chest and your inventory is full, then you drop the chest item and you will get double items.

Wheat in the seed maker! You get ancient seeds and mixed seeds occasionally from seed makers, just grow wheat and keep cycling it through! Seeds are only 10G and grow in 4 days, so the effort is totally worth it!

You can get the prismatic shard from the volcano caldera in the chest

The save predictor actually does work for mobile. I've used it before.

I actually kinda want to do the artifact manipulation thing, if only so I could have a dinosaur farm way earlier on my 25% profits save.

I did the thing last time I watched the other video, and I got Krobus's statue on my second day of spring... oh how embarrassing when he moved in though and I forgot to put it away, he was staring at that statue when I woke up one morning and was there for three in-game hours, just looking at it. 😂

funfact in the statue of perfection part you can actually just leave the statue floating there and destroy another one so you can save time, i get like 1 and a half stack from doing it i think

Whatever the deal is with the berry bushes, I know of two other things that change if you quit and reload: * If you do it on your wedding day, you don't get the ceremony scene again. * If you do it on a day where a train passes through, it re-randomizes the train schedule. (I discovered this from the Public Access TV mod, which adds a couple extra channels like "train schedule" and "today's special mine levels".)

In Mobile, if you have full inventory and opened a treasure room chest and click off screen. The reward is doubled, I manage to get two auto petter doing this.

Btw if your in the mine and you find a treasure chest tou can duplicate it by not gettin the item and exiting in the chest

For mobile players (v1.5.6), there's an exploit to access the other side of the beach without it costing anything(for that day only, probably good to do this on a Saturday). Step 1: take/chop/buy 300 wood, head to the beach, and fix the bridge. Step 2: go home and sleep Step 3: swap to previous save. When you head to the beach again, you'll still see the "?", but the bridge is still there, and you can access those sea urchins.

Somthing you can actually do on multiplayer is steal the other players items, When the said other player gos offline, the host can go to the “lost and found box” in lewis’s house. And click *retrieve items from offline farmhands* basically stealing anything the other player had when they were online

i don’t usually care to try exploits bc i like the fun of having to do it all the hard way but i am definitely going to grab two extra statues of perfection (my excuse is bc they’re cute and match my decor)

Putting Couch in Loom will create a wool.

The prismatic shard has more uses, for a ring or in the desert to get a galaxy sword

Does seem that the artifact rerolls have been patched. Tried to save scum to get the last item needed for the museum only to have the same item popping out every time, even in the same location no matter what order I tilled the spot. Even if I tilled a couple times before tilling the artifact spot, it stayed the same.

Incredibly new to the game here like ive had it for maybe a week. Is the base versions of game across platforms the same.

I'm so confused about the hoe tip. I was looking for the palm fossil in the desert and the day I was on had 3 dig spots so I thought it'd be great to just reset a few times. The first attempt I got a golden relic, and then clay from the other 2. I reloaded my game. Hoed once in a random location. The first dig spot still had a golden relic... and clay in the other 2. I reloaded like 3 more times with different amounts of digs before I hit the spot and it was always the dang golden relic 😭I just don't get it because it worked on ginger island for the vertebrae

I have 350 Statues of Perfection. I put them in the Quarry. I receive 150,000+ gold per day from Iridium that I sell from them. It took over 1 in game week to collect all the statues.

You should check forge if white wall paper counts as prismatic lol

There is a thing you might be able to do with the 2 player abuse exploit. You could marry penny yourself and get one of the house sets, then divorce her, add a new farmer and they marry penny for the items. Please someone confirm I have no idea if this works.

On mobile you can stack effect from food infinitely like go to level 60 fishing and fill the bar to granted iridium quality fish And if you inventory full and open a treasure chest in the mine and skull cavaren if you press the cancel you will get double the amount of the item in the chest. That all what I found my self so far

Another player abuse is 2 people picking for example a prismatic shard both would end up getting it I have mistakenly done it realized what I did and abused it

I think there is a bug on console because I got the red skull bad luck day and was getting a bunch of stairs in the mines and got a prismatic shard

(Day one mines works on Xbox) I tried due to you being wrong about the chair glitch due to it also working on console couldn’t escape though.
