What I love about myself: I am very understanding I am empathetic I am brave I am really good at seeing both side of things even in my action I love nature that makes me happy n these things abt me I love too I love that I have really came a long way I love all the steps I hv taken I love that I never give up I love that in spite of being very sad it tks nly few sec to laugh for me I love that I cn give good advice who need..bcz of my experiences. The innerchild thing really helped me I looked at a baby picture and tried saying the same things i say to myself to her and i couldnt and i never would say that to that little girl and so ill think about that everytime i do that to myself

I definitely need to implement speaking about my feelings and I have learnt to do it more because of you. I never acknowledge what I love about myself but I notice more easily the qualities of others or of things and beings around me, this is a very interesting point, I'll work on it. One of the most fascinating tips for me is the second one so thank you for this peculiar precious advice ☺
