Hi, there could be different reasons, like the video shows - including one normal period (not two) where the flow rate is slow initially leading to darker blood flow. Then, it can even pause a few hours as the womb contracts to allow its top lining (tissues) to come away before you start bleeding again. All this can be normal, but I would also look at other issues in a woman's background (examples in the video), before reaching the conclusion that its normal. Good evening, doc. I donated my blood a day before my menstruation day. It was my first time my menstruation blood was black for 4 days. But the blood as much as 1-2 tea spoon. Should I see a doctor? On three last month, my period was not regularly happened, it only took 5 pads for 3-4 days, the smell was not good (fishy), and I had vaginal discharge everyday except menstruation day.
