Hi.... i was in the medical field as well( in medical school) but i quit a month ago, and i am trying to figure out wether to get into computer science or law. My point here is that you know yourself more than anyone else and my advice would be to change your major if you feel like you should.

I never knew what I wanted to study. Even when I finished High School I didn't know. But after I studied Japanese by myself and remembered the good times I had while learning English I wanted to try Translation and Intetpretation, but my parents and other adults around me pestered me so much I studied Computing Engineering just for them to shut up. While I don't fully regret studying this because I met amazing friends I cherish dearly I can't say I'm satisfied nor enjoying my current life and job at their fullest. I'll try next year to study what I wanted to see if I can feel better with myself, I'm even studying Korean to remind myself about that goal.

I’ve always been a linguistic, artistic, business kind of girl. But for some dumb reasons, I’ve decided to major in Logistics & SCM, an engineering degree - a decision I still regret up until this point. The thing is, I’ve done pretty well in my major, which is exactly why I’m even more confused. There are courses that I find interesting and there are also ones that I still have nightmare about. Actually, most of them gave me nightmares. But generally, I’d say I stand out in my department. So I’m not sure if I just hate those courses or am I just not suitable for this major? Is it because I’m hardworking or maybe I’m in the right major? Then I tried an intern position in a Logistics company and guess what, I hated it! I was under so much stress due to how boring the work was and how it had no alignment with my interest and skills I had to quit 5 months in. Looking back at my CV, I’ve been doing mostly marketing jobs and teaching, both of which I enjoyed. So I’m not sure what I should do...It wouldn’t have been a discussion if I was doing terribly at this major, but I’m not. I just hate it a little bit, with all the coding and engineering stuff I have no interest about. Sigh..if any of you have an advice I’d love to hear as I’m slowly falling into a pit of despair right now :(

Unfortunately no advice, but I‘m soon to be 25 and still have at least a year to go in Law school, why I absolutely hate and sometimes don‘t know why I continued it that long… sigh

You still have the chance to change your career. But you're gonna go to college again. Don't worry, it's not too late.

@@uluomu we’re going through the same thing, I spent 2 years in law school though I’m really good in the major I just realized that I hate it and I’m so confused why I want to switch majors but I don’t know if it’s the right decision or not ..

I'm in 2nd year taking Logistics and SCM. My professor's a nightmare and I dread coming to his class everyday. What's worse is that he handles most of the scm classes. It's so draining. Still I want to finish this and pass because I feel bad about wasting my parent's money. (I called my University about switching. My parents will still have to pay for the class I dropped out of. No refunds and I'm not allowed to switch until finals are over) I want to switch after this semester ends.. I just can't take it anymore

I'm a first sem architecture student. Getting into architecture was my own choice, but now, not even a full semester done, I'm already regretting it. It's hectic, very hectic that I'm losing my self amidst the pressure. Idk what to do

I think i already know I need to change my major but I still find myself resisting. I keep being tempted to skip my major classes (I’ve never been someone who skips any class), all my free time is spent on different things, I need to change it earlier rather than later to save money, I only chose my major because it was somthing that could get into what I really wanted OR a boring but well paying job…. But I’ve spent so long on this subject already and my money and- I spent so long and so much time choosing this one I don’t want to have to redo that whole decision. But I don’t know :(

I'm an economics major. I used to love the subject and now I hate it! I still top my class and all that but I cant understand the concepts in real life. Maybe its because in India, it's all about the syllabus but Im not being taught what to do with economics in real life. I'm stuck and confused
