Every single thing charlie said that has happened to him I have felt or am actively feeling, which only provides me with one realization and that is that I'm doing something right and that I'm on the right track. Great video Charlie - good points that you bring across. Especially the last points that you pick up, thinking of quitting is always in the back of the mind when things don't go as planned. That's the moment where your mindset gets moulded - because you have to power through it.

I’ve fell into a hole of procrastination because I set outputs goals and didn’t achieved them. So yeah your right I think it’s the inner demons that want to drag you away from the success. What do you mean when you say hangout with bad people? Like actual terrible human beings, or people that have bad habits like smoking, drinking, video games, etc
How do you turn leads into members in the gym niche? Do you call them and book them like in the other local niches? I already implemented the DR and GRC but now I need to get them results through paid ads.
