This is the best video I’ve ever watched. From feeling like eh, I don’t need to do the cold call I don’t have a business or a service. To literally shaking making the call and getting rejected. When you started to get emotional in the video, (haven’t cried in months) I started tearing up because I know this is what my deepest deepest desire is. I know how hard it’s going to be to kill my version 1 self. Many of my friends will be left behind, I’ll be misunderstood by everybody, I won’t be popular I won’t be cool, but for my dream it’s worth it 100 times over. I zoned out for the remainder of the video trying to muster up the courage and after it, called up a marketing agency and got a new potential long-term gig. This video popped up at the right time. I have been so lost on my journey lately, but im slowly getting back on track again. I am nearly 19 and I am struggling so hard for almost a year to change my self, I feel fear, doubt, lazy but today because that video i understand something, I made a pain to making my own advert on facebook group where i offer a garden job I was feeling it and just made it. I was scared that other people will see my name on this group (63k users from my city) and many friends but now I know that i just need to feel the pain to get a action. It is big video for someone who will watch it with understanding. Tommorow I will go to sell my garden services to neighbors and other peoples in my town. 1. Understand that whether or not or the extent to which you achieve your goals is a RESULT of you belief system (the version of your self). 2. To reach a goal, identify the belief system that is congruent with reaching that goal. 3. Develop/ change your current belief system to the one identified necessary to reach the goal 4. How to rewire your belief system? On the surface, it seems complicated... but when you think of the meaning of belief, it becomes obvious... What does it mean to believe something? It means you know it to be true. How do you know something is true? Evidence and proof.... So surround yourself with evidence supporting the belief system and it's power =Study those who have achieved what you want to

That's so smart. I've never thought about it this way. I did a 1 minute and 50 seconds plank and kept making thumbnails, for my freelancing. One day i started journaling every day and life became like a video game. All the procrastination went away and i got addicted to improving my life. I still am. I get a high from improving. I advice everyone to start writing down what they need to do the next day and actually do it. Then tick it off. It will change your life trust me.

dude i never thought of it like that. Im already working 8-12hrs per day but ive been doing it for a while and i was like, man something feels wrong, why isnt this a struggle anymore. So that means im at the point where during those 12 hours i need to be focusing on improving my efficiency and most likely that will be met with resistance... and sadly most likely from myself :( If I had to guess, in the big leagues, the resistance is external. Im guessing that because I recently got fit to the point I got six pack and it was hell near the end and i just remember all the weird sht ppl were doing around me trying to sway me

It’s funny that you mentioned go kart driving during the bit about belief systems. I’ve wanted to race since I was a teenage and the only reason I want money is so that I can race. I’ve been quite lazy most of my life honestly and trying to figure out how to become a hard working person so I can start a business and pursue my dream of racing. I also realized for most of my life my hard work never got me anything so I have a core belief that hard work is all pain and no gain. I think I just need to work hard at the right things until I get the reward and then it won’t be as challenging to work hard anymore

brother i just made a cold call and i realized something that i suck at this and the business that i just called when i said i wanted to sell them something and they said what do u want to sell and my heart beat went soo high that i could not realize what and why was i doing this but it was worth it although i was not rejected but i felt a sense of relief after doing that and faced my fear. thank you Charlie

Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

A single feeling can trigger multiple thoughts and belief systems. Let go of every negative feeling associated to a belief system and you'll remove the root cause. There's a technique from a book called "Letting Go". There are principles to it, but a way to use it is when a self sabotage thought appears, you say "There's a feeling, I allow it to be there", then keep doing what you're doing. Surrender to every feeling that pops up, one by one. "If you let go of the clouds there can only be the sun."

I did the call, literally felt kinda excited aftwerwards even though I got rejected. I called up a random gym and offered them workout templates (I came up with a product on the spot lol) and started pitching the guy, idk why but instead of pain I felt excitement.

I called a dozen businesses, only one picked up. A pizza place. I told them I had a business idea to pitch to them. The man on the phone said “it’s not up to me”, so I wished him a good night and that was it.

So i decided that i do 30 minutes workout in the morning everyday. Version 2.0 of me is always working out in the morning even though its not comfortable because V2.0 of me this is its lifestyle( I had this lifestyle for 1 year and it was the best time of my life) When I do workout it means i remove some of version 1.0 and heading to V2.0 Love it!!! :)

Took me about 30 minutes of fighting panic and pain before actually putting on my big boy pants and making a cold call. First place didnt have the manager in, but the second was a friend of my dad's and I actually landed a sales call for next Monday morning!! God this pain sucks to fight through, but the feeling of adrenaline that accompanies a success is unreal. Push folks, you never know what you might find at the end of the tunnel.
