This right here truly helped me to begin my journey out of depression and anxiety, transforming my mind. Thank God for Jesus! I actually wrote a song about this very scripture. I promise you people, focus on this scripture and God will transform your mind out of darkness.
I've been struggling really badly. I've been praying and growing and being delivered from all sorts of things after being in bed for 4 years in depression and anxiety panic attacks etc. The last week has been so dark and I was just overcome by it needing to cry about every thought I have. I woke up with the song lyrics . . And I think to myself, what a wonderful world. Usually when I wake up singing something that I never hear I know it's the holy Spirit telling me something. I call it God bumblebeeing me. Like the transformer bumblebee who speaks through songs lol it happens more than you would think lol but it just became so clear to me that I have a stronghold of negativity. Because I read this verse and then all I could think was everything is tainted everything is tainted. Because every thought I was looking to focus on had an underlying feeling of just grief and loss and regret. Then I found this video all within about half an hour lol thank you Jesus!!! This is going to change everything. I don't know how to do it but I'm going to learn it! The biggest thing for me is compassion and love. I do not like or have affection for anyone and I truly stay away from all people. Which I think is because love has never been good in my family or I couldn't feel it anyway

The love and care in your manner and voice is soothing. People under condemnation a lot of the time need someone like you to listen to. Father God, thank you that I always can look up to you! Lord, I pray and bind the thoughts about myself and especially my work capabilities will be more positive and encouraging at all times while binding to hell to focus more on one's weaknesses than one's strengths, binding as well the thoughts of members of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ to be positive and encouraging towards oneself while binding to hell focusing more on one's weaknesses instead of strengths, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with those whose thoughts about oneself and one's abilities are not positive and encouraging while lacking to focus more on one's strengths than weaknesses, in accordance with this word and philippians 4:8, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah, thank you God ❤!

Hello, when i thought on the word True, i used it to watch documentaries, tragic but true documentaries. So i continue to watch true but tragic documentaries like plane crashes, underwater cave tragedies and that sort of entertainment because they're true stories. But i have to know those shows are making me anxious and depressed. So i need to redefine the word True. My other problem is the pursuit of not allowing my brain to bounce everywhere at once. One day im attentive the things of God ... the next day im flabbergasted because i cant find that peace i had yesterday...i cant seem to settle myself. Oh help me Holy Spirit. Cause me to incline my heart to Thy testimonies and not to covetousness (of vain things ).
It seems Song of Solomon contradicts the interpretation of purity that is spoken of here. It seems like purity is equated with chastity, which is equated with celibacy, which is equated with cutting off of anything that would generate or encourage a desire of sexual nature in either oneself or in others. I don't think that extreme is necessary here. Lust is not sexual. Lust is inordinate desire, not subject to God's will. Lust is disordered craving for that which is evil. It is wise to be careful about how one teaches these things, lest the world lay claim to the truth and say it is of evil and not of God, and we are left ashamed of the truth instead of defenders of the truth.
Am I hearing right that Mark ask us to think 1 of 8? If so i know which 1 of 8 i shoupd be focusing on. And... oh Lord my heart is like jumping in joy.. what am i feeling right now? Quite strange, but i know it is in my heart. Hello from Bangkok.
