1. Be able to clearly establish a problem you are trying to solve. There are no new things. You have a better mousetrap. 2. Define your target market. Is it kids? What is it? 3. Know your competition and what makes you different. 4. Social Media - Create that business page. 5. Build a business plan with timelines. Plans more successful. 6. Gathering Capital. Don't take too much capital. 7. Embrace failure. Be vulnerable. Hear the no's. Learn from mistakes. Narrow and deep. You will have to learn from your mistakes. 8. Find mentors. #1 reason people succeed is that they have good mentors.
Hey man you’re doing an amazing job by taking the time and giving these extremely valuable advices on RU-vid and helping out people succeed where you could be enjoying your time and the money you made and not giving a f about anyone’s success! Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
Love your advice. We built a business from our dining room table to over 30 mill per year in sales because of what I learned watching shark tank. I just crossed 1 mill subscribers on RU-vid with a product channel which is not easy to do! If you ever wanna talk RU-vid I'd love to mentor you on how you can explode on this platform! I would gladly fly to tou on my dime just to have lunch and share with each other. You got tbis!
Nice video! I especially like the specific examples of each tip. Everybody gives tips but so few people can speak about them so personally and so specifically. Thank you!
Some things I watch on RU-vid and see how little people are watching it with me and feel like a loser.. but this isn't one of them.. I feel great knowing this should have way more people in here
I have been in business for almost a year, this video is gold. I wish, I found your RU-vid channel BEFORE I started my business. I probably would’ve taken baby steps. I took Shaq and Lebron steps instead and ended up wasting money.
Thank you Daymond! I’m trying to set up an acupuncture clinic that is definitely out of the box so I’m taking notes! Thanks for sharing your experience and lessons learned - I know it’s priceless ❤️🙌🏽
I just started my business a month ago in the Financial Market (Life/health). Really need some guidance for my target market and technology. Thanks for giving those tips as well. Keep up the good work, Peace!
I’m excited to launch a livestream trivia game with cash/prizes it’s the only thing I know I can enjoy. But finding my target audience is challenging. I want to do strictly tech prizes. I guess I will invest in ads but was thinking of content creation for entrepreneurs(only thing I can speak on) but then inviting them to play with me seems like a contradiction. “I’m trying to make money you want me to play some games??” I don’t know but this video helped a lot thank you. 🙏
I wish they would give you this information the first day of business class. They kind of do, yes and no, this was just the best information an entrepreneur could know right from the start! Great info!
Kylie had a leg up since the day she was born. I choose to follow the ones that did the real work and grind to get to the top. Much more valuable to the aspiring entrepreneur
I have a high tech invention good to license to multiple tech firms and could be sold in multiple markets for multiple users but intentionally not yet patented due to further feature development. Hint: Nice high tech gadget possible high intense demand once people know about it. Not a toy and not a gammers gadget. What do you think Daymond? Oh it’s also a security and life saving gadget that will be extremely appealing to large companies and governments. Let me hear from you
