8 Trains means big time Sunday night action on the old B&O!

The action was hot and plenty of it in Glendale, Ohio on Sunday night. I got 8 trains in about a 5 hour time span and we had a full house of railfans there too.
Those present were Buckeye Freight Railin ‪@GY51360‬ ‪@SimonsEMDProductions‬ ‪@Milepost15Trains‬ ‪@CINOzzieTV‬ ‪@jostornadothecincinnatirai8128‬ ‪@CSXF40PH-2Productions‬ and Grovetucky Tom came down from the Columbus, Ohio area to hang with us too!
The action was fairly constant, and I have given a vocal description of the trains, so I won`t type them out here. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments and I`ll answer them.
I want to wish one of my longtime subscribers, Bill Morris a Happy Birthday! Hope you had a good one!

An excellent, long mixed manifest with something you don't see every day. It had a tanker on a flat car. It also had an untagged TTX box car, which was very nice looking! Another fine catch. 😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤

What a stellar video today, Scott!! Thank you so much. I appreciate all the entertainment and enjoyment you provide! You brought us fabulous trains today and a nice variety of them. The engineer of the closing mixed manifest must have been James Dean. He was pretending to be a rebel without a cause. He was laying on the horn because some guy was taking pictures very close to the tracks and he was trying to get him to move. Some people are as sharp as a cue ball at times. One of the local guys ripped his butt for staying so close to the tracks after the train passed. I don`t know the guy, but he isn`t too bright apparently.

Two good mixed manifests to open with. The second had some coil steel and a new blue GATX box car that was untagged. Both had a nice variety of freight. Great catches, Scott! Thank you. 😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤

once again thank you for the hospitality , when I first arrived you could feel the ground thumping, the breeze blowing , the smell , the great sounds , and that was just the railfans. I am now a railfan fan .Glendale on Sunday should be on everybody's list to do , I will be back

When a wheel has a flat spot, it makes serious noise. Definitely noticeable.

That’s true but if one wheel on that axle has a flat spot, then the other wheel does too that’s why they are so loud because both wheels on that axle has flat spots

The train horn, cool as it was, I think was for that guy standing so close to the tracks by the intersection. I'd hate to see the Karens of the community say "we can't have those railfanners hanging around here!..they're making the trains blow their horns again!..begone railfanners!"😠 We don't want that to happen! That`s exactly why he was blowing and one of our railfans ripped his rear end for it after the train passed. I don`t know the guy, but we see out of town guys come in from time to time and they have no boundaries at all.

that first one is the first time i've ever seen cyro-gas cars on a NS!!!! Connersville is getting to be a Sunday night regular here of late!! on Mikel, do you know if he's a bit hyper? it might just be me but he seems a little fidigity at times like the hyper kids around here.

Mikel is a special needs man. He is my buddy. He loves trains and we hang out there all the time. I have bought him railroad hats and T-shirts that he wears all the time. We have spent many hours together at the tracks and I go watch him play baseball and basketball too.

Good morning! Great video! I'm curious. In a no horn zone, when the horn is sounded as it was in this video, what action do city officials take? Do they complain? Or just let it go until it happens again? Thanks for all you do.

The city can't do anything because the train still has the right to blow if someone or something is on the tracks.

Thanks Roelof, the trash cars on these trains seem to have construction debris and trash. When they pass I really can`t smell much so that`s a good thing! Lol
