My wife of thirty-three years left me in 2013. She asked and I gave her the entire formal dining room's furniture. I kept the dog. A month later, she asked to take the dog for the day and I let her. Yeah if you don't care then you really were never in the relationship.. to care is to love and to give everything everyday.. weak people cant do that.. sigma males cant because they are not mature mentally. Leadership is a skill. Its taught in the Army. It changes tiny teen wolf sigmas into growling monster Alphas. So you might want to see a psych about your never present attitude so you can have a real relationship.. though there is a small percentage who are simply Autistic and don't know it.. teenagers do act a lot like some Autistic kids but grow out of it.. hopefully.
Abso-freakin-lutely. The evolution comes from the self-awareness, ability to reflect and analyze, realize when you were wrong, admit it to yourself and anyone else, and move on. Not being an idiot helps too..
A man doesn't need a woman in his life to validate his own worth and existence . A woman does not ultimately define him . He is better off without such obstacles in order to understand himself better and reach a higher potential.
I have a friend who embodies the sigma male archetype, and when he was rejected by his crush, he didn't seem bothered at all. Rejection is a negative force that can stop folks thinking straight rejection is in some ways proving that you're right to go it alone and that the sooner you focus on being constructive the happier your little world will be Rejection is a time for contemplation - its a time to move on and work with the positive mental framework that surrounds your little world It can be hard to take sometimes especially if you've got a whole heap of time and effort invested in it but by severing ties mentally you avoid the emotional b.s. that ties folks down when the sigma is already moving on and investing in the next project

Some Sigmas have to heal the parts of ourselves that had previously inhibited our Sigma Nature to come out. Everyone has emotional scars from youth. Facing them and moving past them, allows one's true nature to be revealed.
The issue is that one has to take a pilgrimage through the darkness (mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) to release the demons. Most people will never do that. It's a lonely but necessary process...
We don't get rejected by women because we don't engage in a way to be rejected. If we see something we like we dig for information. Some of that info is visual and some verbal. We can figured out where her interest lay before she even realizes she just got interviewed.
I lost 40 KG thats around a 90lbs, if Im not mistaken, that chick broke my heart so bad. I started working out and Ive become a Monster and learnt to control it. This is the best fuel a human male can get, im a sigma too, but you dont have to be one to use it as fuel. Be yourself.
@@NatsuDragneel-ph4ti First off stop feeling sorry for yourself... you're not the problem. Then get up start a simple workout. I used a 5 minute workout in YT, that has become a Habit for me for a couple weeks then I started lifting weights. You need to build your disicpline to a point where it becomes a Habit and a Daily or Frequently thing at least 3 times a week AT LEAST. I did 5 times a week 2 days rest. Rest is important. Eat in a caloric deficit if you wanna lose weight too. Thats crucial. Inform yourself how Bodybuilding works. SEARCH in YT for Gravity Transformation they are GREAT for knowledge I owe them A TON.
Discipline one more time... IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HERE. You need to make a habit outta it. I promise you once you see the muscles growing you'll continue, but that takes time weeks, even months. Remember that. It takes time. Dont ever give up and leave your life as it is, change requires suffering.A new you is on the horizon. Remember that. Become a G my man.

@Albert Two Bears, 3rd Tru Dat!!! But it also takes patience. That's what breaks most people... I'm struggling everyday with it. But I'm infinitely better than most.
Why do you call that weird things? Sigma males approach it rationally and are not discouraged. They also don't get messed with. If that's weird, it says a lot more about other more insecure male types.
