These videos are good, but there’s a book called The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray, which shows you how to really activate the healing properties of natural herbs.
Colon health 👍 Summary : Eat Cauliflower, Garllic, Mushrooms, White Potatoes, Bananas, White Beans, Onions & Yogurt. Tq. Sir. Very helpful. Cheers from Malaysia. 🍁🤝🍁
Bananas have a lot of sugar in them, especially when really ripe. I used to have them most days either whole or in a smoothie (which I now know is not the best way to get your 5 a day because of the rapid rise in blood sugar) but now they are an occasional treat. I also used to have low fat yogurt but now I don’t have low fat anything because of the added sugar. Full fat Greek yogurt is my go to now. Love cauliflower, onions & garlic which I enjoy chopped up raw in salads but also use it generally in cooking. Thanks!
I like to buy my prunes and put them in a pot with filtered water put them on the stove and cook it down to a jam and then when it's cooked down to the jam then I put it in a jar clean jar put it in the refrigerator and I go everyday and I get me a tablespoon out eat that tablespoon and close the jar and repeat the repeat the same thing the next day I do that with pumpkin seeds too I put my pumpkin seeds in a processing ground them down put them in a jar clean jar and put them in the refrigerator sometime I do a lot at one time so I might put two jars in the freezer and one dry in the refrigerator and as it starts to go down in the refrigerator then I'll bring one out the freezer so it can be throwing up because pumpkin seeds is good for a lot of things and for worms of parasites in your body also but it's got a lot of nutrition values to but that is what I do with prunes I do not like to buy prune juice I just make prune jam I put no sugar in it or nothing I don't put nothing in it I just put some filtered water not a whole lot of filter water just enough to cook them down with the lid on the on the pot that they saw and it is good 👍
Feed gut with probiotics and fermented foods- high fiber such as collard greens, kiwi🥝 flaxseeds & chia seeds, and old fashion rolled oatmeal these 3 for soluble-insoluble- plain/unsweetened such as, Kefir, sour cream, kimchi, sauerkraut- worst cases, use castor oil soaked compress/pad under heat pad at affect site 🌀🌀🌀❤️🩹
Nonamericans also eat SAUERKRAUT and drink prune juice or eat prune and rhubarbe confiture. Rhubarbe is laxative also avoid it if you travel or should give conference !
White castle is a very old fast food restaurant known for their sliders in the 70s.Its a cult classic to go after the bars and clubs shut down, known for hangover cures and clearing out your colon 😊 Same with McDonald's fries and coke 🥤
Butter beans aren't white beans. Butter beans aka Lima beans are usually green, not white. Look at the minute marker 16:50 to see what they look like and if that's what y'all have there. They're called white beans, or when I was growing up in the 60's, aka Navy beans (although not the color Navy. Must've been served often to service men. 🤔). 😊😊
Since the benefits of potatoes are due to the soluble and insoluble fibres contained in the skin of potatoes : HOW to prepare edible potatoe SKIN dishes ?

My daughter uses cranberry jelly, but is has too much sugar for some. I use walnuts and pumpkin seeds, then water afterwards. My grandmother died of colitis, my father too. They had a horrible case of constipation for years. Now that we keep more in touch with relatives because of the internet, we have learned that our gut problems occur often on my father’s side. Also, a high number of relatives have gall bladder operations and megnesium deficiency. That is why we suffer of migraine headaches, muscle cramps, etc. It is good to notify our relatives of our problems, so that they catch them early in life. Hiding the problem from our relatives because of pride or embarrasment is mean. I also know that our sigmoid colon, tend to prolapse toward the right side, specially for the females. This means that it turns to rest toward the vagina, complicating the movement of the feces at the end. I am almost 90 years old and it is only lately that I realized my diet low in fiber was complicating my problem. I also drink Kombucha, a fermented drink that taste a little like mavi ( spelled mabi ? ) This drink is not as sweet as the mabi/mavi, but is very good for gut problems. Hope this helps.
@@mdm5554 I regularly eat organic greek yogurt and drink low fat Kefir . As yourt is essential to regular bowel movements . These are prebiotics / probiotics and kimchi , sauerkraut , fermented vegetables in brine and organic pickles . I am living in the USA .
Whole grains. Absolutely 💯 % whole wheat bread. Whole lentils, with vegetables, made into a soup. Olive oil, drizzled on food, pizza, rice dishes, salad.
These videos are good but kinda vague. If you really want to make changes in your life, you need step-by-step instructions and a system. For me, The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray did it best.
I don’t ever comment, but I had to on this one… If anyone is interested in natural remedies, do yourself a favor and find The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray.
If u don't like someone's voice why are you listening I don't get people that find being wrong and so travel really with all the important crap now. Try to have a nice day.
