When my son and I were home, he had milk with his meals. But when we went to McDonalds, that was special, and he would always get a coke. It was special times with us.
Ok, maybe get the girl a small orange drink not a large and a water. The mom makes sure she drinks some of the water too. Not going to kill the kid but a small one!

BB, we love how you are and this channel! As a mother I would have let her have the juice. I probably would have allowed her to have a coke too if she wanted it. When my son was small it was a special treat to go to McDonalds, and I allowed my son to have what he wanted. Thank you, BB for bring us a lot of smiles.
When I was a kid I craved for juice and soda. Now that I'm 69 I drink diet cola for breakfast, and mostly other diet sodas other times. I don't drink coffee, milk, and have very little alcohol.
I am lucky to live in a part of the World where our water is nigh on perfect, so am happy drinking water from the tap. Like the occasional soda, many coffees and Liptons raspberry flavoured tea!
Lol. You had me wondering then! My son always disliked soda drinks (still won’t drink them) and preferred (watered down) fruit drinks or just plain water … and milkshakes lol. My brother visited with 3 children around the same age and sounded off at me that I should let my son drink Coke! I explained if he wanted a soda he could have one now and then but he really didn’t like them. Brother offered him one and he refused saying he didn’t like the bubbles lol. Not that I minded of course as I like a soda now and then myself but being on a tight budget back then I did without. My brothers children had Coke with every meal and had multiple teeth issues over the years, including having baby teeth pulled because of cavities. My son truly has perfect teeth and amazingly never had any cavities! We could put some of that down to genetics (not mine) but I also bought him those battery operated toothbrushes too from a young age as I felt his manual brushing wasn’t good enough. You do have to be wary with fruit juices too though because of the sugar in them. Maybe that was the lady’s concern. I think son avoiding the soda drinks and ensuring he brushed his teeth properly are what kept his teeth in great condition.

Had six kids always give juice from baby s in bottles like ribbena or tea milk none like water my mum never gave me water so I never took it tea coffee coke irnbru all my kids grow now drinking water out of fancy water bottles and grandkids but come to my house and ask were the red bull nanapolly and irnbru cola 😂and drink all mine and I got low blood pressure and not fat 😂

Juice has a lot of sugar in it and it’s not good for kids teeth. I know my daughter didn’t want her kids have juice. Water is better for him. Just thought I’d let you know.
I was hoping you had😂...I had a bunch come in 7-11 when I was working. The mothers got huge slurpees. And only gave the little girl tiny sip. It was like over 90 °. So I grabbed a to go cup and filled it for the little girl 😡
More people in this country should have heard about it a long time ago. Nearly half of this country is overweight due to sugar and salt overloaded food and beverages.
