I liked the objection handler about re listing with the same agent. “You had your home listed with them for 6 months and it didn’t sell, what do you think they will do differently now?” This was gold I used it the same day on a client and it made them reconsider immediately.

This is fire! We are in South Jersey and I watch all of Tom Toole’s videos. His approach and discipline is inspiring. I am going to listen, take notes, role play and het over my fears. We need to help people and save them from the mediocre agents in the market.

Love this , I’ve following you and implementing the weekly market videos every Sunday to my database and everywhere else I can think of. I’m a newer agent, doing two jobs Sold 8 homes is 2017,5 in 2018, 19-2019, 38-2020, this year 5 closed, 12 under contract. I need to pick up the phone, scared to I’m starting to get a lot of traction by being consistent. Thank you for sharing, appreciate everything you do🙏🏽❤️

Can we PLEASE find a different answer to prospects interviewing or choosing another agent who may or may not have the production you do ?? Bashing agents based on their production is very tacky. If they’re new they have to start somewhere
