That Time Magazine commercial was quite pushy. That guy was ready to order the first few seconds, and that announcer just wouldn’t shut up…

6. Fresh Start Detergent- This family has too much time on their hands if they have this much fun making stains on the sheet like that. Lipton Cup A Soup- I’ve had chicken coated with Soup Mix like they showed in this commercial and it certainly makes a delicious coating.

The Brim announcer, Mason Adams, was a well-respected actor from shows like "Lou Grant", but he'll always be the Smuckers/Cadbury egg guy to me

The two Colgate Pump commercials…Was toothpaste brands really that big of a deal among kids? Also, the little sisters in these commercials are obviously narcs…

I don't remember caring about the brand but the container certainly influenced a few purchases. Did it have a crazy pump? Gotta try it. Molded to look like a super hero? Gimme.

About the only way I could see a toothpaste brand being that important to rat out an older sibling was if the parents worked for a rival company.

Time Magazine-still have those very issues seen the ad Reach Toothbrush-family looks like they stepped out of a Twilight Zone episode about being brainwashed by aliens Sportscreme-"..and what do YOU smell like after working out?" is what he shouldve asked her Lipton Cup-A-Soup- @4:06 loved how he did the "taste test"before eating it QT&T Answerphone-plot twist..the person whom the offscreen voice @6:27 is trying to avoid is his bookie Giant-good film Sugar Free Jell-O-in the latest issue of Magazine,read about the spokesperson for regular Jell-O! Le Menu Frozen Dinners-preferred beer w/ mine actually The War Of The Robots-too bad there wasn't a second and third film Clorox 2-that "whoosh"sound effect was also heard on the various "V" movies/shows(blaster gun sound) as well as Challenge Of The GoBots
