Same here I am 65 with Arthritis and clumsy just been previewing at night but might not worry about these things even though I work out with other You Tube instructors
Emily, you are probably the only fitness instructor who could convince me into a 35min nonstop moving workout that's also a HIIT workout 😂 I'm DRENCHED in sweat right now but I'm also surprised at myself for somehow making it through?! Something about your personality and your teaching style is so unique, only you could pull this kind of sorcery off!! ❤
This channel has been a saving grace for myself who struggles with depression. For some reason, no matter how bad I feel I can always work out with her dance HIITs and feel a million times better. I normally do more traditional HIIT but will fall off my routine because I don’t look forward to the as much as this. I don’t know if it’s the music, the moves, or her overall contagious positive, but it WORKS. I am forever grateful.
I am 54, fit, and have suffered a lot from chronic pain as a result of old injuries, especially in the last year. I was looking for a cardio workout that challenged me and made me feel great. I am so glad I found this workout I could almost cry. It was so much fun and reminded me of how much I love 80s music, dancing, and old school aerobics. Please make more of these!!
Honestly, I’ve been looking for 80s like low impact cardio and im so happy you’re here. These women of the 80s had no fat and I want that! Can’t wait todo this when I get home!
you are amazing and i love your energy. i am 49 gen x and this workout is life! please do more! ( a request for 45 minutes with some madonna, cindy lauper, pat benetar if you feel so called) thank you for this so very much, i am so burned out on modern hiit, need fun to stay motivated. there are other 80s workouts but the moves are too complicated, i love how simple this is and your energy is fun, warm and very motivating. :) thank you so much!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a workout with P!nk’s songs! She’s got so many that would make a great workout! Hustle and The King is Dead but the Queen is Alive would be both be so much fun

Thanks for making this Tribute to Jane Fonda workout! I look so forward to doing this workout almost everyday - can't help but smile and laugh (when I catch my breath). Many years ago, I did the 90 minute Jane Fonda workout (took me 1 ½ hours) while my kids were getting ready for school. The music takes me back to those wonderful years laughing with my children while shouting obscenities at Jane Fonda for being so relentless! You inspire me to keep dancing through my life...

I’ve never been one to enjoy working out. I’ve tried so many times to get into a routine, but failed every single time because it was never fun, I always hated every single second. I stumbled upon your videos last week and first tried the Pop Punk/Emo one and by the time I was done, I couldn’t breathe and I was soaked in sweat, but I had SO much fun! I’ve been doing a different one each day for the last week and I just want to thank you. I feel like I’m working out, getting sweaty and gross with a friend. When you smile or laugh, I do too hahhaa this video is my favorite, I LOVED my moms old work out videos and this was incredibly nostalgic, while also being a lot of fun and a great workout!

I was looking for workouts like this for a long time, but I never found the perfect one. But this is just amazing, super, perfect!! ❤️ It made me feel like a real dancer, although I can't dance... The moves were easy, so I could follow them too :) It made me sweat. It ended so fast ;) I hope, that you'll make more videos like this. I can only recommend it to everybody. It gave me a good vibe. I never do cardio but I really wanted to try this one. And I did, and I sweat in places that I never thought could sweat. My knees sweat, for examples. I loved the movements, the music and the joy and proud that you make us feel. Thanks for your work!!!!!!
