A 900 number? Freddy would’t have to kill me because my parents would’ve done it for him. Those were expensive! On the nice side of things, there were lots of commercials for free bags and PSAs for staying safe. You don’t see those so much anymore. I’m glad people still cared into the 80s.

The 1980 Toys "R" Us commercial with the Big Bird and Yoda plastic mask and costume just hit me right in the nostalgia solar plexus... it was just so simple, cheezy goodness, down right wholesome even, and reflected the feeling you had when Mom or Dad took you to the store and bought you one of these. The 80's Halloween and Fall Festival time was the best!
It seems like there was way more free stuff and giveaways in the 80s and 90s. I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. It was such a different time. I miss it. Love to all those feeling nostalgic like me! Happy almost Halloween 🎃
Here!! Found it: 1982 TELEVISION EVENT REVENGE OF THE CREATURE IN 3-D During the summer of 1982, the first 3-D broadcast was syndicated across the country making television history. The movie was The Revenge of the Creature, the sequel to Creature from the Black Lagoon. This monumental event was sponsored by local convenience stores and fast food restaurants. Buy a big gulp or a medium pizza and get a pair of 3-D glasses. Then watch the excitement in your own home on your television set!
@@Nileking300i do all my own work and have never had any problems... mecahnics overcharge like a mofo and wonder why everybody hate them and r called ripoff artist...
What a wonderful childhood I had ❤️ 80s baby! Plus I was born the day before Halloween 🎃 so these videos bring me so much 😊 happiness and joy! Thank you
Ooh remember when whatchamacallits were really big like that! They were so good! I miss Hershey big block and crackle big block chocolate. Today you go to the store and sometimes it's stale🤮
I remember sitting on the sales floor of Buttons in Oklahoma City right off N may Ave watching Popeye and Ghostbusters . when I was kid. They also sold records. But mostly I'd go because I collected movie posters they would leave in there dumpsters out back. Ha ha I miss the 80's
They've been broken since the 8Os from what I remember everytime I attempted to get it, just about , 😃‼️ I'll say this tho... On the couple rare occasions that the Ice Cream machine WASN'T outta commission. I was VERY pleasantly surprised!! It was Excellent! Maybe that's why I kept going back on the off chance it was working !!? ❔PS I went to 2 ,3 different McDonald's a couple times 🌠🌃🌛 ATTEMPTING to find one w a working IcE cream machine😒🙂👌😄✨🌙
Thank you so much for sharing these great memories. I'm also an 80s kid. Halloween is my favorite time of year. Please share more of these awesome memories
you know what helps when you join multiple video clips together, when every clip came from a different source and so each have a different dB level? It's a trick known as Normalization. When you do this, the audio track of each video clip will have the same peak level, resulting in a video with sound that doesn't keep going from real quiet to super loud. Its not hard to do, and in fact its very easy to do.
The original Halloween creeped me out for a long time because I was very young when my babysitter forced us to watch it, I was in 1978 like 6 years old! Not cool 😮but very unsettling especially since I was a little kid 😮
We just didn't put the cult around calling the clown a creepy serial killer or give the clown any power to intimidate or creep us out, we simply said..Halloween is over, lol
