I think the shoe laces have teddy bears rollerskating, like the pin. Also, yay 🎉 you're wearing the shirt. Looks so good on you. I'm so glad you like it. ❤ I think you should wear that 80s Romper by the pool on the 80s cruise. Abby, you always find THE BEST stuff at estate sales. So proud of you. 😊

Oh thanks Sylvia! I was excited to wear the shirt you gave me for this video. And our daughter is joining us for next year's 80s Cruise, so I might try and convince her to wear the romper. I think it would look so cute on her, but she might think it's lame... we'll see!

I love that you are wearing that 80s shirt that lady sent you! I missed the Dare program when I was in school. I had moved school districts, and their elementary school went to 6th grade, so that's when they got Dare. I did move back to my old school the last part of 5th grade, and they had already had Dare. My old school the Dare program was offered in 5th grade. My mom still watches Moonlighting on Hulu!

@gmanandhislady Thank you!! I don't recall if we had the Dare program at my school, but I definitely remember hearing about it back in the day. Keith participated in a similar club at his school called B.A.D. which stood for Battle Against Drugs. We even still have his membership card, ha!

I have a Tyg shirt-tale! I also used to have tons of the stuffed pencil holders when I was younger! Also check 5 below they have strawberry shortcake and carebear stickers!

I love when you said that you truly feel that you are rescuing them. Why? I have a dear friend,In London,she finds them in the mud of the River Thames. She goes through great lengths to clean them up. She calls them her Thames River Orphans. She adopts them out,even. I have a monkey,and some rubber ducks(not Plushie). I found a little Tigger the tiger last year,a wash in the washing machine did the trick. He’s my lucky mascot now.

Styx,Kilroy was here,this was one of the last of the concept albums,a last gasp of that tradition of late 1960s and 1970s rock album traditions. Many argue that Kilroy Was Here killed the genre. The album preceding it was Pink Floyd’s ‘The Wall’. Ironically,Kate Bush,a living Legend in the UK,continued the tradition,with her double Suite,’Hounds of Love’. A supreme album. I say ironically,because her career started as a result of her friend from Pink Floyd,Dave Gilmore sent a cassette tape to his record agent,and the rest is history

There is a documentary about ‘hounds of love’ and the B side, ‘the ninth wave’. It’s a very profound album. It’s definitely avant-garde

I used to have a unicorn just like that and I was wondering if it was the same brand I remembered and it was! Thank you for rescuing these - I wish our local sales were as good

I have one of Christopher Pike's books, the one called Witch. I'm pretty sure I have a second one, but it wasn't on the Good Reads author list. The cover has a teen girl in front of the TV and she's on the phone looking out the window. I think the TV behind her has a ghost coming out of it. It's put away in the closet with my Fear Street books.

I actually haven't read that one, so I looked it up and check this out - here's what Good Reads says: "From the New York Times bestselling author of The Midnight Club-now an original Netflix series!" Gonna have to see if that's still available to watch (although it sounds like the reviews were pretty bad, lol!)

Just thought you might wanna know the kitty cat pound that you think is pound puppies as long as it has a cat on there they’re called pound pies. They are from mid 80s. They were separate from pound puppies only by the fact that they were cats just thought you might wanna know andso hopefully that helped you and I really enjoy your videos. They’re really fun.
