84 Years Old, and running a multi-million pound empire | Sir Boyd Tunnock Interview. 

At 84 years old, Sir Boyd Tunnock is still arriving to work in the Tunnock's factory at 7:30am to manage the Tunnock's Family Business.
Boyd is the current manager of the Tunnock's Family Brand, which is one of the UK's largest producers of confectionery products.
Mr Tunnock shared a few tips for success in this short interview, which is shown to school students around the country.
