this sport really needs to grow. I've wrestled for 8 years now and it hasnt grown at all. i love this sport and i think a lot of other people would too if they knew about it
8:55 Cox is knee blocking and its keeping Taylor from bringing his hips in to finish. But then Taylor gets his hips back to remove the post and brings the hips back in. His head was down the entire time.. he didn’t see any of it happening probably just felt it
Hell no, that's a lot of sweat but this isn't basketball, use that shit to your advantage, they don't wipe the mat dry when you're going live in practice, shouldn't do it during a match, btw I'm a huge David Taylor fan don't get me wrong but come on now magic
میدونم که شاید دور از انتظار باشه ولی امیدوارم که من یه روزی تورو از نزدیک ببینم و احساسمو به عنوان یه کشتی دوست درک.کنی موفق باشی و سربلند به امید دیدار😘😘
i love cox but this was a questionable match. they should've done more about the sweat on the mat and cox. he was literally sliding on his knees at one point. if you've been on one if those mats you'd know that shouldnt happen
i think i do this to. i'm on the mat and after 5 minutes i'm the sweatest person in the room. I slip over my over sweat and other people do too. idek why
There needs to be compulsory skin surface wipe downs with Cox, how can wrestling with your skin oiled not be an unfair advantage? If it is important that a wrestlers skin is dry at the beginning of the match, and the beginning of the period, it is more important that it is dry DURING THE MATCH.
Shaking the opposing coach's hand is primarily a high-school thing. You see it once in a while in college or at international events, but it's definitely not the norm.
What all the idiots in the comment section aren't taking in to account, is that Jayden can bench press 30lbs more than Taylor, so Taylor should have been awarded 3 points extra for this difference in strength. Then Taylor would have won. So Taylor won!
The compulsive and anal Officiating is getting so old. I understand they want more action in this sport. But its getting stupid. These are humans wrestling not robots.
The only four-time upper weight NJ state champion--and he only had one loss. I mean he could have been better than both. However, I did hear that he was very limited in his offense.
nah, he just finally moved up. I've been saying he needs to do it for years. Too tall and lanky for 74kg. He's got a good frame for 86 kg, i think he was just too scared for a long time to make the jump.

I agree with Wetty Fap, it is actually growing like crazy now. Big thanks to the popularity UFC actually. A lot of the American stars are still just babies. But you have noticed that it was all youngsters that just cleaned house at the US open. Get in your local club or high school and volunteer/donate.
