Grandma was so happy to see me. She can't get out much so I brought Thanksgiving to her. She is soo funny. She just got new teeth that is why she is skinny and have not been eating.
After having seen this video, it makes me want to try a different version of the traditional American turkey feast. The dish just looks sumptuous as you're caring it down the hall to your grandma. And if it's good enough for you grandma.. ;-)

Genius - Grandma knows best when it comes to a simple brine. Brining the key to a moist turkey, just plan ahead and Thanksgiving family eaters will be extra happy. No gravy needed. For us non-Cantonese speakers, add in some subtitles please? We want to know what Grandma is saying!
Tips: I learn that the breast (white meat) cooks fast than dark meat so I would advise covering foil on the breast one hour after cooking or flipping the turkey breast down. I tested two turkey and the second turkey breast facing down resulted in juicier meat.
