Been listening for about 14 days and am really blown away … things are changing in subtle ways but I can see how the subconscious mind is absorbing and changing my prior victim mentality (I had 2 long term relationships with narcissists and had developed massive shields and blocks and anxiety about the future)… now I’m becoming brave, I am overcoming my social anxiety and I am able to make goals and actually drive to places and enquire about how to improve the life of me and my 10yo and 4yo… Stepping into the unknown is a massive challenge and I don’t think I would even dare to do it if I didn’t have this reprogramming track to remind me this is the right way! … also : the discord and triggering coming from the narcissists has no power now. I’m always even tempered and they have stopped trying to make me angry. I can even say the conflictual relations between me and the kids fathers is totally neutral now because I learnt how to keep balance! JUSTIN YOUR A LEGEND! MAYBE EVEN A MAGICIAN …🥰

Can you explain the use of 217 hz here? I’m familiar with 432 or 528 etc. but haven’t heard of the effectiveness of 217hz. I’m certain you chose it deliberately and am hoping to understand more because you always do things with such powerful effectiveness! Thank you for everything you do!!!!
